Chapter 5~Charles and Erik

I walked back to the bar and sat down right next to him. I took out my hand. I waited for him to shake it. I know he most likely wouldn't but, I had to make friends somehow. But to my surprise he took my hand.

"Wolverine. Logan. You?"

"Y/N"

"So. I figure you need my help. I can't help you kid."

"How do you know I need your help. And yeah you can help me because if  you don't a rampage mutant will be out there hurting people."

"Everybody comes to me for help. Not many recive it. And if you would do that I'd  kill you."

"You would kill a kid. Respect. Not if you would kill babies though. Or toddlers. Or anyone under the age of 13."

He laughed.

"You're funny kid."

"I try. But seriously though I do need your help."

As soon as I said that the door to the bar opened. They walked right up to Logan but he shut them down real quick. Then he looked at me.

"Wait. Take the kid."

"Wait what?"

"Is she a mutant?" The older looking one said.

"Yeah. And needs help too. "

"Come with us." The younger looking one held his hand out.

"I want to stay with you." I looked at the Wolverine.

"I'll get you when you're ready kid. Not yet."

My eyes got a little teary.

"I am ready though. Just a little off."

"Like I said kid. When you are ready."

"Oh. Alright." I took the younger ones hand.

"Y/N."

"Charles."

I looked over at the other man.

"And you?"

"Erik"

"Charming." I said.

"What do you need from a mutant?"

"There is a very bad mutant out there and we need to stop him." Charles said.

"Kill." Erik said.

"Stop." Charles said and they shared a tense moment.

"I need you to teach me though. I'm a beginner."

"No problem, we will train you." Charles said.

"Let's go. We are wasting time." Erik said.

We all walked to the door of the bar.

"Bye Logan."

"Bye kid."

And then I opened the door and stepped out ready for my next adventure.
