Back in the Slytherin Quidditch Room, I looked at the blondie giving a wierd look as Marcus, the crooked teeth captain, began to speak,
"I mean it, but I promise I am not mean. Be punctual. Anyways, everyone is getting a broom today, from Draco's father ofcourse."
Draco smirked.
"So, a few changes from last year before we begin with practice, Draco, you're the new seeker, Terrence we have to let you go." Marcus continued.
My face filled with horror. I couldn't imagine the way Terrance was feeling right now and I did not have the strength to look at him. I could hear a few sniffs as he suddenly stopped and began to shout at last,
"BUT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY SELECTIONS! HOW CAN YOU DECIDE WITHOUT SELECTIONS THAT'S NOT FAIR-"
"There, there Terrance. It's the way it is, you know." He said, his face looking a bit terrified. "Everyone will collect the new brooms from me." He continued.
"If there is no place for talent, I quit the team." I exclaimed. I wasn't sure how I got the guts to say this yet I just literally took those words out of my mouth as I saw our captain make an annoyed yet worried face.
"Y/n, please don't." Flint said, pleading.
"Don't do this for me, y/n. I am not worth it." I heard Terrance whisper, his eyes watery.
Placing a very slight kiss on his forehead, I moved back stating with more confidence than ever, "I am sure about it."
Would I have done the exact same for somebody else? Or was it just for this goofy special guy? I pondered upon this thought, heading back to the dormitory.
