Oddities

It all began when I was hired to explore a cave near the Lost City Of Atlantis. No one really wanted to explore the caves near Atlantis, and I don't blame them. It was near the Bermuda Triangle, and if you didn't know, the Bermuda Triangle has made things like planes and ships go missing.

Just disappearing. A lot of the planes and ships that went missing still haven't been found. If you didn't know what Atlantis is either, I can help with that too. It was a city that was wayyy ahead of its time.

Heck, some conspiracy theories are just about how Atlantis was a lost continent, and even that the people of Atlantis made the Bermuda Triangle. It's complicated to be honest. But whatever, it's gonna make me good money and that's enough motivation.

Anyway, since it was a Tuesday, I got out of bed, and started getting ready like a normal person would. Assuming this person was living on land instead of being able to live underwater and on-land.

After I got dressed and grabbing some supplies for the underwater adventure. I needed to first meet my swimming partners and friends Kim Taehyung and Park Jimin. For safety reasons, you can't explore an underwater cave without at least two friends, or swimming partners.

So, I shot Taehyung and Jimin a text, just saying to meet me at Shooky Beach. They texted back almost immediately, both saying they'll be there in a bit.

I then started driving, while listening to some random song of the radio. I think it was by Twice or something.

When I arrived, Taehuyng and Jimin were standing near the boat that was in the water, I could see they were already in their wetsuits. I ran to the bathroom so I could change into my swimsuit.

I put my extra clothes into my car, then grabbed some supplies that we'll need. After that, I walked to where Taehyungie and Jiminie were, hearing the end of their conversation.

"You think we'll find hot mermen under there?" Taehyung asked, being the thirsty idiot he is. Jimin shook his head in response.

"I mean, we have to go down there anyway, so we'll find out." I said. I can still see Taehyung's eyes lighting up at the statement.

"You ready, Yoongi? We're probably gonna need to go right now, so come on." Jimin said, starting the boat. Did I mention that we usually start a boat, place an anchor down, and then all of us start going down to explore the cave? Cause that's what we do.

We hopped on the boat, Taehyung steering, just talking until Jimin told us to stop.

"We're here. Yoongi, grab some oxygen tanks for us. Taehyung, lower the anchor." Jimin said, both Taehyung and I doing what we were told to do. I grabbed some of the tanks and made sure that they were all strapped to our backs.

"Ready?"

"Ready."

quick reminder: not all of this is accurate and I also didn't do that much research on what cave explorers actually do so I just made stuff up about the boat.
