{Your POV}

"I have to admit, I was surprised Ryuga. I never thought you'd ask me to play tennis" Light spoke. Even I was surprised he wanted to play

I was doodling as the boys were getting ready for their match. I didn't think L would be a sports guy...

"Is if a problem for you?" L asked. God even his voice gets me nervous...I don't even know why i'm here

"Not at all"

"And for Rai, Your an artsy kind of girl?" He tapped my notebook. I just nodded and shrugged

"But when you first invited me to play, Did you know how good i was?"

Ok he's just trying to show off at this point. I rolled my eyes and watched them get ready

"Yes. I'll be fine though. It's been a while but at one time i was actually the British Junior Champion.". Was he? I still couldn't believe L was gonna play tennis with light 

"Ryuga, Were you raised in the UK?" He asked. I got up from my seat and was walking behind them and found a spot near L to observe Light

"I lived in England for about 5 years when i was younger. But save your breath. Nothing in that story would reveal L's true identity"

Did he talk in 3rd person?

"Well since it's our first match, why don't we just play a single set? First one to 6?" L said.

"That's fine by me"

L started bouncing the ball as he and light got ready. I'm kind of excited to see what L can do!
He threw the ball in the air and hit.

Shit! I could feel the air pass by me!
Light just stood by as it hit the fence

"Fifteen, Love" Was all he said. Me and light just took a glance at each other as being in shock of how fast he hit it

"Wow, Ryuga. You sure don't mess around."
Yeah no shi-

"He who strikes first, Wins"

{Time skip}

A whole crowd was surrounded the gates. Whispers were going around, Some intense match and its been going on for a while!

The ball was hit by light and L missed
I kept my eye on the game. I never knew it would get this good

"That's four games all. Light Yagami to serve."
A man spoke. I bit my nail. Whose going to take the win?

"You won't believe this!" A boy came up

"I thought i heard the name Light Yagami somewhere before, so i checked. He was dtgh '02/'03 junior high tennis champion. Apparently, during the third year award ceremony he announced that he was hanging up his racket!".

Huh...I wonder how they were as kids...
Suddenly Light was preparing attack. L spotted this and also ran up. But to avail he missed.

"GAME AND SET. Won by Light Yagami. six games to 4!"

"Wha-..." I was speechless...L lost the game?

We were walking down the path of cherry blossoms together and i was still a little shocked to see L lose...
