As she sat on the floor, Byleth wondered what she should do until Dimitri comes in carrying a crown in his hands. He puts it down and unlocks her restraints before putting the crown on her head. This causes her to realize why he took her here. She doesn't know what to say, but relents when he tells her the truth, even if it means she will defect from the Imperial army and join the resistance in fighting back. Dimitri knows this means he finally has the queen he wanted.
