Chapter 7: new team

After Ezra and the others left Eve came to get the details before we went to jamba juice and started on our school work. We only have 4 classes so it won't be hard and we can do it whenever we want through out the week. I didn't have to be at nekoma for volleyball until 2pm. They knew they were getting a new manager. At least the coach did anyway, but they didn't know who it was. Honestly volleyball is year round so they've been practicing through the summer and such already, except the first years but you know. Also I know lev joins later on in the anime, but i layed out a trap so he would join now. Anyway Eve had a modeling gig at noon so she had to leave earlier. I was still wearing his sweater and the turtleneck etc, but i went home to change shoes. I still had 2 hours before i had to be at the school so i decided to text ezra.

Anyways it's about 130 so ig i need to leave for Nekoma now.
I arrived at nekoma and met with the nice lady from the other day. She took me to the gym where nekoma was practicing. I silently watched them to see where they were for a bit before deciding it was time i should be introuduced. I nodded to the lady and she went to inform them. I followed behind hiding my face. "Hello boys, coach I didn't inform y'all ahead of time as i was instructed not to, but y'all will be getting a manager this year. Miss if you'd like to introduce yourself now". "sure" i said loud enough for them to hear. I took my hood off and smiled brightly. "Hello my name is Azaela Kurai and i'll be your new manager. Some of y'all may not know me, but i assume most of you do. I plan to help y'all win nationals this year. I will not manage a losing team, so i'm expecting great things from you mmk." I said confidently. The coach looked shocked. Most of the players looked confused. I guess they haven't heard of me. Sigh. "alright so i guess y'all don't know who i am right. Well i would look me up." They all nodded before looking me up and looking back at me shocked. "mm that's right i was named the best female setter in the world. I played for the american 16u team from 13-15. We won nationals every year. This year i'll be playing for the japanese 16-19 youth team. I will not be playing club or for a school this year so i've decided i'd help y'all. I also model and as you can see i have quite a following. Oh yea i hope y'all don't mind be posted. mmmmm ok i think that's it for my introduction. Coach your turn i guess sorry i didn't mean to be rude" i said. It was silent. This is so awkward. "um so. This is a lot to take in. I think you'll be a great help with the our boys. I'm just shocked this is really big news if word gets out that your our coach i'm sure lots of ppl with pay more attention to the volleyball team." he said not quite sure what to say. "oh well i'm sorry?" i said not quite sure what he meant. "oh no it's fine um *phone rings(yes it's karasuno) please get to know the players while i take this." he says while stepping outside. "um hi" i said shyly. i'm so lazy so i'm only going to talk about the main ones i'm sorry😭
Some boys quickly introduced themselves before stepping away obviously not caring about who i was. Which i didn't mine tbh. Kenma Inouka, Yaku, Lev, Kenma, and Kuroo stayed though. "um hi i'm kenma i'm a setter." he said sheeishing. Omg i'm fangirling so hard. "uwahhh you're so cute let's be good friends mmk" I said smiling brightly. He smiled back"oh um ok can i have your number, I already added your socials." "Yea that's fine" i smiled. "hiii i'm inouka" he said smiling brightly. "hm ok hi inouka kun" i said smiling back. "i'm kuroo can i have your number too?" he said expectingly. I cringed and Kenma seemed to notice because he just laughed. "um sure i guess" i said awkwardly. We exchanged numbers before yaku introuduced himself. He so mom omg i love it. Lev was last and once again we exchanged socials "um who's hoodie is that" inouka said almost as if realizing something. "i mean it's 16u but it's japan not america and it's like way too big for you." i can tell that kenma already knew and so did yaku but kuroo looked shocked. "oh um it's my boyfriends " i said with a chuckle. "aweee we finally get a manager and she has girlfriend" kuroo said sadly. "oh um well aren't y'all all gay anyway?" i said questionably. "WHAAA" kuroo stuttered our blushing. "yes" kenma, yaku, lev, and inouka answered swiftly. "what for real?" kuroo asked shocked. "mmhm" the three answered. "i-i mean i am to but i didn't know y'all were why was i keeping this whole straight thing up then?" he said shocked. "idk man i mean i thought it was pretty obvious that us four were gay" inouka said and yaku and lev and kenma nodded in agreement. "i mean yea i could tell immediately that's why i exchanged numbers with y'all" i said in agreement. "a-anyway where is your boyfriend going to school?" he said trying to change the subject. "hmmm he's going to fukurodani" i said. "oh what position?" kenma questioned. "oh he's libero" i said not thinking. "oh so this is him" kenma pulled up a picture of him from his instagram. "y-yea" i stuttered  clearly embarrassed. Kenma just smiled "i can tell we're gonna be good friends" i nodded in agreement and so did the other 3. "oh can i stay over next week" kenma asked suddenly. "hmm why?" i asked "oh my parents are out of town and i need to stay with a friend but they know i'm gay so i'm a only allowed to stay with girls." he answered sheepishly "hmm it's fine with me. Do you mind staying in my room though?" i asked back "hm no i don't mind" he sneered "alright i do virtual school though, if you need a ride to school i can't take you though." i said  "is that inconvenient" he said scratching the back of his neck. "no i really don't mind i go this way for work and stuff anyway." he nodded and agreement. I texted my brother to let him making sure he knew that kenma was ultra gay. He said he approved and that it was fine since it might keep Ezra away from me. "Ok so i'll ride back with you Friday after practice." He said kindly. The coach then walked in. "Next week we will have a week long practice camp with Fukurodani, karasuno, aoba joshua, inarsaki, shiratorizawa, and johzenji. It will be held at Karasuno. Transportation won't be provided so find a ride."He said swiftly before dismissing practice. I turned to kenma "you can still ride home with me Friday and then ride to Karasuno with me." "that's fine" kenma answered back. "um sorry but can i ride with you too?" i'm only 15 but i can meet you somewhere that morning" lev asked sheepishly. "hmm yea it's fine" i answered back. "let's meet here are the school at 530 am" i said. "ok thank youuu" lev said smiling. Practices passed and finally it was Friday. I forgot to inform Ez that kenma was coming home with me so he mayyyy be mad. Hopefully not? "we arrived home and the 7 others plus bokuto were sitting in the living room. I guess he won't be mad though since he has bokuto over. "Hi guys were home" I said before sitting on the couch kenma sitting beside me. "hey hey hey i'm bokuto." bokuto said loudly. "Hi bokuto san nice to see you again" kenma said back focusing on his game. Hsjzushshs hes so cuteeeee. I start cuddling him. "hi bokuto san I'm Kurai." i said smiling at him. "wahhh hi kurai chan so are you and kenma dating" he said questionably. Kenma looked up from his game in shock before looking back down and chuckling. The others look like they're trying not to laugh while Ezra looks angry. "nooo haha i'm not dating kenma we're just friends" I smiled weakly. Fuck you Bokuto. "actually bokuto san me and Azaela are dating" Ezra said through gritted teeth. I just nodded in response. "oh" bokuto said almost sounding scared. Damn boy whatd u do to them. "um so do y'all want to ride with me tomorrow?" i asked trying to change the subject. "yea that's fine who all's riding from nekoma" Ezra asked curiously. "just lev and kenma." i answered. "yea should we take your car or the suv." he asked. "hmm there's only 5 of us so my car should be fine." i answered. "mmk so what if bokuto and kenma sleep in my room and we sleep in yours." ezra said completely serious. "wha-" i started but was interrupted by kenma "no way i wanna sleep with Azaela" he said cuddling into still looking at his game. He. Is. So. Adorabale. Omfg i cant. Ezra looked angry hdjzhshs. I shouldn't laugh. Bokuto looked scared. Again what did you do to them. Onii chan has really chilled out since that whole breakfast fiasco. I think him and kane are getting a lot closer too. He's not like super possessive like he was but he's still protective. I looked to him for help. I mean it's hard to choose i really wanted to sleep with kenma too he's so cute. But i love ezra and i don't wanna get in trouble later.
