Liam doesn't know how he made it home in one piece last night but he is grateful to be waking up in his own bed he groans as he reaches for his phone which isn't one the side of the bed like it usually is so he slowly opens his eyes and slowly tries to adjust to the light beaming through the curtains he slowly rolls of the bed and drags on some pants after noticing he was naked before walking into the living room to see a shirtless zayn cooking what Liam assumed to be Eggs

Liam can feel his heart rate pick up but chooses to ignore it as zayn turns around looking Liam straight into the eyes  Liam wants to run and hide but his been thinking about what Louis said and if he's not ready to tell him then he sorta has to make sure Zayn doesn't hate him or that he thinks Liam hates him so he just sends a shy small but genuine smile his way before getting the orange juice out of the fridge and drinking it from the carton before going to look for he's phone

Zayn nows were liams phone is because its in his back pocket but he'll let him look for it for a bit longer he thought

You see today was the first day of Zayn's plan he was going to get Liam to trust him he wasn't exactly sure but He had read some things online

He was Starting the day off he's going to make lamb breakfast doesn't know if it'll do anything but everything's worth a shot

He even toke the day off school & made Niall Louis and harry all leave the house so they'll be alone it was hard without telling them why but it managed to work Louis & Harry are on a date & Niall is probably playing golf with some randoms he met the other day

"Good morning" Zayn said as Liam walked back into the kitchen now fully dressed "I made some breakfast hope it's up to scratch" he continued earning a thanks from Liam

"You got in pretty late last night you seemed drunk out of your mind" Zayn started " don't worry Andy  dropped you off and put you in bed  he also gave me your phone here" Zayn said handing Liam his phone which Liam gladly toke the phone from him

"Thanks, don't know why he took it off me there do you know where Lou is I need to talk to him about something" Liam said looking around the room

"I think he's gone out probably work" Zayn said try not to mention that he was with Harry knowing that might spark something off

"That's odd" Liam says checking the time on his phone "shouldn't you be at work already it's like 12 o'clock and you're a school teacher"

"I know that I am a teacher liam" Zayn said nonchalantly "but I decided to take a day off his kids are already right grinding me the wrong way"

"He's been there for like two weeks maybe just give them some time to adjust your teaching style" Liam's address pretending he knows what he's talking about

"maybe" Zayn hums
Liam seems to be more chirpy this morning which is odd considering how drunk he was last night but zayn chooses to ignore it and start thinking about the  next part of his  plan to gain Liam's trust

"Anyway I should shower smell of alcohol I'll see you later" Liam said putting the dishes in the sink and walking to his bedroom zayn just sighs he might've bitten off more than he can chew

It's almost lunchtime and Zayn is trying to think of ways he can gain Liam's trust and test that he has Liam's trust

Liam is in the kitchen making something for lunch or afternoon tea or like well zayn's on the couch Liam is trying to get over this weird crush that triggers his Philophobia

He thinks that zayn is actually pretty cool and wants to become friends but it's kinda hard when you can't even be in the same room without breaking into a fit of sweats and your heartbeat raising to an unnatural number

Liam is only ever had one proper friend and that's Louis he tells Louie everything he doesn't know why he couldn't made friends with Louis and yet friends it's so hard to become friends with anyone else maybe he trust Louie and anyone else

"Hey do you mind making me something" zayn shouts from the couch still concentrating on whatever game he was playing
" I'm sure I'm just having a sandwich is that good?" Liam asks back
" yep that's fine" zayn says without even taking his eyes away from the screen for a minute

Liam nods and begins to make an extra sandwich for Zayn

After he's made the sandwich she goes and sits on the couch opposite from saying he doesn't want to have the same reaction they had last time they were playing video games together

Somehow Liam remains somewhat calm he was still sweating but that was good for him Zane noticed this to he thought he must be making some improvement surely

Liam and Zayn eat together and have some pretty boring small talk it surprisingly doesn't stress liam as much as he thought it would but it makes him uncomfortable thinking about the conversation diving into something more personal

"Hey you want to play a game with me" zayn asked as he Stack the dishes he plans on asking Louis to do it once he got back

"Sure why not" Liam says Before walking into the living room and got a controller still making sure there's a space between him and Zayn

before they know they've spent 3 hours in front of the TV even Louis came home but decided just to leave them alone hoping that they were getting along better than before

But eventually they notice and turn off the TV screen Zayn tries to open up a conversation with Liam Liam's too scared of something that he can't even control so he lives in with one word answers until Zayn asks

"Do you trust me?" Saying it was stupid to ask and he probably wasn't gonna get a serious answer particularly with no follow-up question but it needed to be said he needed to know

"More then I did yesterday" Liam replied simply before saying good night and leaving the room leaving Zayn to figure out his plan for the next step
