KxH Chapter 1

-KxH Chapter 1-

-a few days ago, H's perspective-
"Who wants to play.. C-K!"
Some Alphablocks and I were sitting around a soccer stadium C and K (as a team) loved to play in.  We all cheered as they started a match against a.. giant sock, apparently.  The match was so exciting and we were all cheering for C and K, but I noticed I was hyping the most when they scored. I usually don't do that.. But it's been happening very often lately.
I was drawn to K's swift movements and appearance but I didn't want to and didn't know why..  And at once I knew what was happening.
But how do I say it to him?!

-present day, narrator's perspective-
It was another summer day in Alphaland. Some of the Alphablocks were gathered around a soccer field, watching K, C, H, and N plan for a little soccer match in the middle of the field.
C was going to ask K if she could be on his team, but he was already walking to the left side of the field with H.
'He's been doing that so much lately.' She thought.
"Could I be on your team, N?" Asked C.
"No!" N crossed his arms.
"Can I? Pleeeaaase?" C tried making a cute face.
"Nnn.. Nod.."

"Cool!" N wasn't too good at soccer but it's fine. C just asked the crowd for a volunteer and I pushed a reluctant N to volunteering.
C and N walked to the right of the field and started playing at the sound of X's whistle. Soon the match was in full swing and everyone was having a great time.
"K and H are at 5 points with C and N at 3 points.."

-a few hours later-
The match was over and everyone was exhausted. C and N had won. The crowd had left after making the words "cab" and "four".  The cabs were taking them home as K, H, C and N were sitting, resting on the floor.
"No more soccer for me tomorrow! No way that's gonna happen." N left and entered a cab.

C had been thinking.. K has been acting a little odd. Before, he used to team up with C all the time.  And be hyper-focused on the match, which usually ended in them winning. Now, he's always teaming up with H and occasionally zoning out in the middle of the match. Which usually ends in them losing.
She decided to ask H what she thinks is going on between them.
"Hey, C! Want to have some water?" H asked when C approached.
"No thanks. I came to ask a question! What's going on between you and K?"
