Do you fight? They ask. Fight the coldness left behind by all the emotions that got extinguished, or was it the other way around?
Do you stand? They ask. Stand against anyone and everyone that you know, without discrimination, without hesitation.
Do you let it run? They ask. Run it until the end, until it is too late, until it feels too good to stop and you cannot afford to give it up.
Do you embrace? They ask. Embrace the heaviness of everything you have ever lost. Songs, sourness, sleep.
