Chapter 3

"N-nozel?" You widened your eyes in shock

Nozel just stood quiet.

"What are you doing here?!" You asked him

"And how do you know my home?!" You asked him again,kind of confused

"The main reason i came here is to invite you to join my squad" Nozel replied,avoiding your second answer.

You rolled your eyes

"I already said i dont want to!!"

"Who is it,[Name]?" You turned your head and saw your grandfather,walking slowly with his wooden cane.

"Is that captain of Silver Eagles?What is he doing here?" Your grandfather asked.

"Excuse me sir.I came here to ask [Name] to join my squad.She has a powerful magic,s you know" Nozel politely replied.

"I see..Why dont you come inside and have a dinner with us?We can talk about this" Grandfather said,smiling

"Grandfather!! There's no way a royal like him will agree to do so.." You said and you rolled your eyes at Nozel.

"Of course" Nozel said as he stepped inside

You're shocked.Did just Nozel,the egocentric king agree to have dinner with a peasants??!

"Have a seat."

"Thank you"

You sat beside your grandfather,irritated of Nozel.Didnt he just understand that you refuse to join his stupid squad?

"Silver Eagles eh" Your grandfather mumbled to himself,after taking a spoon of
salad.

"So will you join it,[Name].?" Nozel asked

"She will join"

You widened your eyes.

"Grandfather no! I won't join his squad.Besides,who's going to take care of you?!" You asked

"I'll be fine on my own,[Name]."

You sighed.

"Why do you want me to join his squad?" You asked your grandfather again

"To protect people of course.You have a lot of mana,so make sure it doesn't go to waste."

"Fine..But im doing this for my grandfather" You said,rolling eyes at Nozel

"Glad to hear.Lets go" Nozel said,and you widened your eyes

"Right now?!"

"Yes"

"I'll be getting my stuff" You said

"Goodbye, grandfather." You said, hugging him tightly..

He smiled.

You stepped on Nozel's mercury magic that looked like an eagle.

"You sure love your grandfather" Nozel said suddenly

"Of course!He raised me when i was still a kid"

Nozel stood quiet.

A few laters,you arrived at the Silver Eagles base.It was huge,and you're excited.At the same time,you cant stop thinking about your grandfather.

"Nozel!!Where have you been?" You turned and saw one boy that has silver hair just like Nozel,just a different hairtsyle.

"I went to Hage Village,Solid." Nozel calmly replied

"What??Hage Village?!A royal like us should never step our foot there!!" That boy known as Solid said,shocked

You stared at Solid angrily.

"And w-who is this creepy girl?" Solid asked

"She's our new members.[Name] Valdimar"

"Did you just went to Hage Village to recruit a peasant??"

"Shut up and get back to your work.I knew you didnt finish your report for the last mission yet,right?"

"Y-yes!Captain" Solid said,and he walked away.

"Let me show you your bedroom.We have a mission tomorrow so make sure to sleep well" Captain Nozel said,and you can see a slight dust pink on his cheeks.

You nodded,not bother to reply to him.

You stepped inside the room,closing the door.The room was huge,and you wonder if all Silver Eagles member has the same  room as you.
