Who in the hell always opens up my curtains! my subconscious mind stated slyly.
I curved my elbows and placed my palm across my eyes, hoping it will stop the rays from blasting my eyes out from its socket.
I opened my eyes slowly again, my vision was blurry. Then I saw a woman, she looked like my step-mum, she was holding a cake in her hands.

I rubbed my eyes hard, then she was gone, I sighed heavily, I thought my crazy imagination just turned into a reality!
Even though the pain I was sensing on my arm was excruciating, I couldn't withstand the one firing from my skull, I tried to recall all that happened last night, how prom finished up, how I got to my room, how I followed a stranger out of the town, and most importantly, how I don't remember things that happened last night!
I attempted to refresh my memory, but my head wouldn't let me do so!, painful flashbacks kept on wavering, I held my head tightly screaming in pains as tears began to trail its way down my cheeks.

After thirty minutes of torments, my vision became clear and the pain subsided barely. I started hearing whispers outside my room.

"Honey, what's the matter"?
"Nothing much dad", I said with a mild smile.
"Umm, if you say so. I'm dropping you off at school, so go freshening up, your breakfast will be brought to you in a minute"

I came out from the bathroom, my body still aching badly, I saw my breakfast on my desk, I wasn't in the mood of pie and hot Cocoa so I just took little bites from it.
