Okay yeah this is the first author's note in a while- I'll try to not keep this too long. :')
Basically, I'm ending this book.
HEEHOO DON'T WORRY. I'M GOING TO PUBLISH A SECOND ART BOOK PRETTY SOON. I know this is really sudden but I've actually been thinking about this for quite a while now.
I'm gonna be posting an announcement here and on my board once the second art book is up! That's basically the point of this announcement but for those of you who'll continue reading, here are my reasons why.
First, this book is three years old. I made this in 2017 and didn't update in the entirety of 2019 lol. So yeah, it's pretty outdated.
Second, I don't want my newer arts to be mixed in with my old arts. Of course, I don't want to unpublish the older chapters since it kinda has a legacy (lol), but I just thought it looked really messy to just have arts from 2017 mixed with 2020.
Third, it's a fricking pain having to move chapters around everytime I update when Wattpad's buggy ass won't cooperate. As of now, the "Warm Bloom" chapter won't go before the "OLD ARTS" section and I just gave up when I published it lmao.
And lastly, I just wanted to start fresh. I know, it kinda seems unnecessary to make a new art book when this one is still standing pretty good but I just wanted to start from scratch again and reboot you know? A breath of fresh air would be nice since this book is a remnant from way back when I was in middle school lmao.
Plus, there's like 20+ old arts here and just 10+ newer ones... Yikes.
Will I change my mind? I don't know, there's a slight chance. Sorry if this is such a sudden move, I never really gave a hint before did I? But please rest assured that I will continue to post artworks of course :)
I'll be putting out the second art book in just a few days! I hope you guys understand and stick around. And yeah. Not really much else to say.
