"You're a real idiot, you know that?"

"I've been told that a few times, yes."

Kai couldn't help but roll her eyes at Sokka's blunt response as she carefully used her bending to soothe his now bruised ankle.

As the group was traveling they decided to take a break and gather some food. So, there they were in the middle of a large wooded area and Sokka (the great and strong warrior that he is) tripped on a small rock.

Actually Kai doesn't even know if she would even consider it a rock, a pebble more like. She couldn't help but smile lightly at her own joke as she finished up with her healing. She stood up and was quick to help Sokka up on his own feet.

"How does it feel?" She asked gently.

"Good as new, thanks Kai!" He replied.

Kai gave him a small nod as she turned away and continued on with their search for food. In a few minutes she was able to track down a few nuts and some berries, as she was crouched down picking some wild raspberries, she spotted something. Using her agility she was able to slide down the small hill that she was on and made her way over to the object. Kai narrowed her eyes at it as she picked it up, the memory of it deep in her mind seemed to be resurfacing. Her eyes widened when she finally made the connection. A water-tribe weapon.
