Come Back To Me (Luz x Amity) (On Hold)

A normal day in the Boiling Isles. Some creatures were flying, some were crawling underground, and others were swimming in the ocean while eating smaller creatures, but in Hexside, Luz was in potions class, learning on how to make a potion that when someone drinks it, it'll make their zits covered faces all clear up.

"Ok. 1 snake fang, 2 spoons of snail slime, 1 leg of a spider and 1 garlic. Sounds easy enough." She said with confidence

She added the ingredients one by one and stirred the potion in the pot. The color of the potion turned from yellow to a bright red.

"Remember students, when you manage to make the potion bright red, do not stop stirring or the potion will turn purple and if anyone with zits drinks it it'll make their zits grow rapidly." The teacher instructed

The last thing Luz would want is to fail at something as making a face clearing potion, so she put an effort in the stirring even though her arm was getting tired.

"Must... keep... stirring." Luz said in slight exhaustion

"Now students, pour the potion in the glass bottles and I will examine your work."

Luz felt an instant relief for hearing that and so she quickly poured the potion inside three round glass bottles. Once she was done she sighed in relief and waited for the teacher to inspect her work.

"Alright, Luz, let's see your work now." The teacher said before grabbing one of the bottle

She squinted her eyes at the bottle, and she looked at Luz, the same she was looking at the bottle. The teacher took out a pen and wrote something on the bottle before placing it back on the table and walking away with one of the bottles.

Luz was nervous to see what grade she got, but she was also curious to know what she got since she decided to learn every track there is in Hexside. She grabbed the bottle and turned it around and saw an (A+).

"AAAAHHHHHH!" The bell rang signaling it was lunch period

All the students packed up their stuff, and Luz, took both the bottles with her for she was proud of her work and she wanted to show Eda, for when she got home.

"Nice work, Luz." The potion teacher praised

"Thank you." Luz replied before walking out the class

She heard her stomach growling and she made a run for it since she didn't want the line to get long and lucky for her it wasn't long and the two people at the end of the line were, Amity in crutches and Willow.

"Hey, guys." She called while waving

"Hey, Luz." Willow and Amity said unison

Luz looked at how Amity, was trying to get comfortable with her crutches under her arms.

"How's the leg doing?" She asks concerned

"It's getting better and in two more weeks I'll be a regular, Amity." She replied and blushed at the end for what she said

"Well you look like you're a bit uncomfortable with those crutches." Willow added

"Yeah, it's a bit of a bother, but it's nothing I can't handle don't worry about it." Amity replied with a weak smile

"Maybe you should sit down, Amity." Luz suggested

"I'm alright and besides I gotta get my food first." Amity said as she faced the line

"Hey, don't worry about it." Luz wrapped and arm around Amity's shoulder and pressed her cheek against hers "we're here for you, Blight. So go sit your butt down because that's what friends are for."
