Megatronus' POV:
The last thing I remember was talking with my new friend, Orion. He was so nice. I enjoyed his company. He was the first mech to ever show me kindness. It seemed that everything was getting better. That was until I felt a sharp pain in my spark. Everything went black after that. I was soon trapped in darkness. I stayed there for awhile. Then suddenly, I saw light. Everything was blurry at first. I was surprised to see who was standing above me. It was Orion Pax. He seemed...different. I could see the anger in his optics. It wasn't long before I saw the blade he held above my head. He was going to kill me. Why though? We were just talking. What changed?
"O-Orion...?" I stuttered sadly. He froze in shock. It was as if I had spoke of a name that hadn't been used in a long time. Then again, I was trapped in darkness for I don't know how long. "W-what? Why are you?" I struggled to find the right words to the question I had wanted to ask. I felt the tears that were about to fall from my optics. He lowered his weapon, yet kept it out as if I was to attack him at any moment. He glared, waiting for me to say something else. It's like he wanted an answer. But, to what? What all happened while I was trapped in darkness? "W-why were you? Y-you were going to kill me... Why? What did I do?" He didn't speak for awhile. He didn't answer any of my questions.
"What's the last thing you remember?" He asked. That question surprised me. It made me wonder what happened that changed his perspective of me.
"I-I... I was talking with you..." I watched him put his weapon away. He stepped off me. Giving me a chance to back away. "Y-you had just came up to me, j-just told me your d-designation..." He removed his face plates, which I didn't know that he had. "Y-you...you were a very nice young mech..." I smiled sadly as I looked down. Until I heard him sigh. I looked back up. The tears finally falling down my face. He held out his hand. I hesitantly grabbed it. He had a strong grip. It almost hurt. He let go as soon as I got on my feet. I rubbed at my hand, which was now sore. Actually, everything was sore. I hurt everywhere.
"Ratchet..." He had his hand placed on the side of his face. I reached out, trying to hold his hand, but he pushed me away. I stepped back to give him some space. I could hear the voice of this 'Ratchet'.
"What is it?" He asked.
"Set up a ground bridge." Orion glanced at me before looking away. "Expect a visitor...", he added.
"Uh...Okay?" Whoever this 'Ratchet' was, he seemed a bit concerned at the thought of a visitor. I grew confused. Orion used to admire me. Now, he doesn't even want to look at me. I was starting to get uncomfortable. It didn't take long for the ground bridge to appear.
"Come on." Orion spoke in such an intimidating tone. I almost shuddered. He stomped forward. I hesitated before following the other mech. I didn't know what I was afraid of.
At the Base...
As soon as I got to the other side of the ground bridge. I was immediately greeted by weapons that were aimed at me. I jumped back, fighting the urge to draw my own weapon. Orion gestured for them to lower their guns. They all looked at eachother before doing so.
"When you said 'visitor', I didn't think you meant him...", said the mech who I assumed to be Ratchet. They all glared at me. I started hugging myself, I looked down at the floor. Feeling even more uncomfortable. I so badly wanted to go back to... wherever I woke up. I felt unwanted here. Not that I wasn't used to it. It's just the fact that Orion had never seem to hate me as much as he does now.
"Megatronus..." I looked up at my name. Orion gave me a blank stare, which made me feel like more of an outcast. "Come with me..." he ordered. I did as asked. Looking down at his feet as I followed. This treatmemt felt familiar to the times my masters ordered me around. I was starting to feel worthless again. I always hated that feeling.
He took me to an empty room, which only had a berth. It was a lot cleaner than the one I used to have. The berth was in a much better shape, and there weren't any holes or cracks in the walls. I sat at the edge of the berth, looking down at my own feet. Orion then offered me a small screen pad. I just stared at it. "Here..." he said. I slowly reached for the pad, grabbing it cautionsously. "I'm sorry... We don't have anything else." He began scratching the back of his neck cables.
"W-what do I do with this?" I asked.
"You may use it to write down or draw out your thoughts..." he answered. "We don't have anything for you to read...this is all we have for now." He began to walk out.
"Thank you..." I said. He paused before he started walking faster. The door closed as soon as he left.
