STEP ONE. Add your faceclaim as the background. Save it.

STEP TWO. Add your title and open it back up in Pics Art

STEP THREE. Press effects, find blur and choose motion blur. Erase anything that isn't the title.

STEP FOUR. Add any extra textures or edit the image in any way, if wanted. When done save.
STEP FIVE. Add filter
