STEP ONE. Open a canvas and add your faceclaim to the background. Blur the image.

STEP TWO. Add a baggie texture (I got mine from Pics Art)

STEP THREE. Add the same image and line it up as best as possible. Erase anything that is outside of the bag. Change the blend mode. I put mine of soft light.
