Manik (hurt):- Leave it nandini

Looking at his face nandini thought that he was really hurt so she was thinking of different ways to make him feel better or normal, which made manik laugh and lead to a confused nandini

Nandini (confused):- What? Why are you laughing?

Manik (laughing):- Seriously. You believed that i was hurt?

Nandini looked at him with a confused look

Manik (cupping her cheeks):- I am not hurt nandu i was just teasing you to see your reaction but you really believed it.

Nandini (hitting his shoulder):- You are so mean.

Manik laughs and hugs her saying you still love me which makes nandu smile.

Nandini (looking at him):- So are you going to tell aunty and uncle now itself?

Manik (realising something):- Oh no shit what have i done (nandini again confused) actually i wanted to hear your wish first so i did not pick up their call since yesterday night and i did not call back them yet so i am sure my mom is going to kill me.

Nandini laughs, manik takes his phone out to call his parents, he found 10 missed calls from his parents and now he was gulping in fear to call back but nandini put a hand on his shoulder and told him to call.

Manik:- Hello mom

Neyonika:- Have you lost your mind? Do you know how worried i was?

Manik:- I am sorry mom actually phone was in silent mode so i did not know

They talk for some more time all of them wiah him for his birthday later he hangs up the call

Nandini (teasing):- So are you dead now? (Manik confused) You told aunty was going to kill you (laughs)

Manik (smirk):'So someone is becoming bold ha

Nandini (blushing):- nothing like that

Manik (smiles):- I love it and yeah you asked if i was going to tell them now (nandini nods) no i thought i will surprise them with this news when we reach India they are going to be so happy

Nandini:- Yeah my mom will freak out with happiness when she gets to know that you are going to be her son in law (manik laughs) she actually likes you a lot, she insisted a lot on this proposal and i am happy that she did.

Wait i have another gift for you (takes out the scrapbook)

Manik (looking at it):- Isn't this scrapbook the one you bought here for saving your pictures in it

Nandini (nodding yes):- And this is your gift, i actually planned to give it you only this has all our pictures in this trip and a few blank pages which i am sure Will be filled with our future photos

Manik (confused):- Wait so you were going to say yes to me since the beginning then why did you take so much time

Nandini (smiling):- I was going to say but i just wanted to make sure that my yes will never change into no and i won't regret so i waited for a few days and about this book even if i would have said i would have given you thanking you for the trip that's it.

Manik smiled. They sat there for a bit longer talking few random things.

Nandini (yawning):- Goodnight manik

Manik (smiling):- Goodnight nandu

Next day morning

Manik was the first one to wake up he immediately went to nandu room and knocked their door as he wanted to see her

Nandini opened the door wishing him a good morning. Later they went to the kitchen in the hotel to have their breakfast.

Nandini (excited):- So i finally got your nickname

Manik (smirking ):- What is it?

Nandini (holding his hand):- Genie

Manik:- What?

Nandini (biting her lip):- Yes you are my very own personal genie, i just need to ask once for something i need and you will make sure that i have it.

Manik (teasing):- But genie gives only 3 wishes

Nandini (smirks):- Which is why you are only my genie, the original one gives 3 to everyone and you give only me the unlimited version.

Manik (laughing ):- So i have finally become a genie to you

Nandini nods in a yes and they smile looking at each other just then their friends come by.

Cabir (taunting tone):- Look at them navya just yesterday they proposed and today they can't even stay a second away from each other

Navya (in the same tone):- I know right i mean my friend told me that i won't be awkward here since she will always be with me and look at her leaving me all alone in the room and enjoying with her boyfriend

Nandini (interrupting her):- Its not  like that we just came to have breakfast

Cabir (sighing):- Its okay behena we understood that only till you get a life partner you need friends company  and after that they are forgotten.

Manik (smacking his head):- You were sleeping like a pig and you expect me to wake you up

Cabir (whining):-  Obviously you could have told me that there is food and i would immediately wake up

Navya:- So guys how's your first day of dating going?

Manik (annoyed face):- It was going well until my friends decided to interrupt and taunt us.

Nandini (hitting his hand):- Shut up manik. Its going good but do you guys remember that we are supposed to leave by tonight.

Navya (sad face(:- Oh yeah due to that we can't even roam outside

Cabir (eyeing his eyebrow):- Why not ?

Manik (looking at cabir):- Because unlike  you we are all humans and we get tired easily so we want to save up some energy for the flight.
