"Me as fuck cause no one else in this house know how to dress" I said closing the fridge putting his snacks in his lunch bag.
"You lost yo mind" my dad chuckled "Back in my day they used to call me Eli the drip lord " he said popping his imaginary collar

"Love y'all too, be good" he said and with that I walked out the house, over to my car and strapped Zyair into his car seat before getting in and pulling off to Zyair's daycare.

"Yeli!" I heard Suki yell as soon as I walked into the school building. His ass is always so unnecessarily loud in the morning.
"Suki you is so loud for no reason" I said swiping my i.d and walking further into the building
"Girl you is so quiet for no reason" He laughed and we walked towards the cafeteria. We scanned the room looking for the table we always sat at and saw Ella already there. We walked over to her and seen she was doing homework, as usual.
"This bitch never got her homework done" Suki said and she picked her head up and smacked her teeth
"On foe" I laughed sitting next to her
"Yall is annoying let me do my shit in peace" She mugged us then went back to doing her homework.
"Girl it would've been done in peace AT HOME" Suki said and I laughed "probably too busy getting dick from Travis" Suki continued
"please Suki leave this girl alone" I continued laughing and she flicked us off.
"them ugly ass fingers, chile what's the word after school though?" Suki asked
"let's go get sum from that new spot" Ella answered
"yeah, i'm finna sit this one out. it's my turn to get Zyair" I said
"bitch, Serenity can get him. youn never hang out no more" Ella said and Suki pointed in her direction agreeing with her
"she ain lyin though, you coming we don't care" Suki said and I smacked my teeth

phone out and shooting her a text
"ganggggggg! finally you just be locked up in that house all the time or at that fuck ass job" Suki said making Ella laugh
"whole time you not funny but go off i guess" I chuckled putting my phone down. The bell rang and we all got up to go to our first period class.

"on God" Ella laughed and they both walked towards my car. Ella sat in the front seat and Suki in the back.
"pass me the aux!" Ella yelled as soon as we got in the car
"nobody touching my aux" I said fixing my seatbelt and my rear view mirror
"girl your music be having us ready to go to sleep" Suki said
"like nobody tryna listen to Brent and Giveon everyday bitch" Ella said and I shrugged
"oh well, close your ears then" I said hooking my phone to the aux and blasting Heartbreak Anniversary by Giveon on the speakers
"IIIIIII GET LIKE THIS EVERYTIMEEEE" I yelled cupping Ella's chin and she snatched my arm away mugging me
"the way she be in her bag you'd think she been in a relationship ole virgin ass" Suki said and Ella laughed
"on God shawty don't even know what heartbreak feels likeeee" Ella boosted and i rolled my eyes and continued singing as I drove
"wait pull up this block real quick" Ella pointed at the street
"why?" I said doing as she instructed
"I left something at Travis crib, I need to get it" she said and I hit the brakes hard causing everyone to jerk forward
"you're an asshole" Suki said kicking the back of my seat
"shut the fuck up, you think i'm your chauffeur or sum?" I asked Ella
"please Yeli it's gone be quick" she pouted and i continued up his block
