Tears streamed down my face as I woke up from another nightmare. I sat up looking at the time on my phone as I wiped tears off my check with my free hand.
'Shit...I might as well stay up since I have to wake up in 30 minutes anyways,' I thought to myself as I stood and stretched.
Grabbing my phone, I head to the bathroom in my room and turn on the shower before I turned on some music.
When I was done with my shower I walked out the bathroom, and to my desk to do my hair and makeup deciding on doing my ususal. I put on light eyeliner and some mascara, then some lip balm with my hair being in a messy bun. Since I was only going to school, I threw on a simple band tee and skinny-jeans with my knee-high converse. I was slightly on the alternative side but I'll really wear anything.
School started in about 30 minutes, so I ran downstairs to eat a granola bar, then went to brush my teeth. Once I was done, I grabbed my bag and keys, walking outside to my car.
This was going to be a long day, but thank god I'm almost done! Only 2 and a half months left, then I'll be free of school.

'Honey I'm home,' I thought to myself as I walked through my front door. Plopping down on the couch, I pull out my phone and text my friend Riley hoping to hang out with her. It's been a while since I left the house for anything other than school.
Le'Ciya: Hey Riley! I was wondering if we could hang out today, I really need out of this damn house! Lol
Riley: I was just about to text you! I'm going to a party tomorrow and wanted to see if you wanted to come with me or not?
Riley graduated last year and is basically my only friend. She's 19, loves to party, and she's super chill.
Riley: You could also spend the night tonight and tomorrow night.
Le'Ciya: I would love that! I'll pack some stuff then head to your place. I'm sure my father won't care, he barely pays attention to the things I do anyways.
Riley: Alrighty! See ya in a bit!
Putting my phone in my pocket, I go to my room and go through my closet. I decided on my crop top that was slightly see-through and my tight, black denim shorts with my black booties to wear to the party.

After I put my outfit in my bag, I grabbed a pair of thongs, my toothbrush, deodorant, and hairbrush, stuffing those in the bag as well. Riley will do my make-up and hair like always.
I left a note for my dad, and set off to Riley's. Singing and jamming the whole 10 minute drive to her house.
