Aurora kept her hand where it was on the door handle.
"Your point is, lover boy?" She replied sweetly and turned around.
Damn.

A male, probably in his early twenties, towered over her.
His silver eyes were bright and his shoulder length brown hair curled slightly in the summer heat.
Every inch of him was corded with muscle.

"Like what you see?" he purred.
Aurora's cheeks heated was she realized she had been staring.
"Maybe." she replied breathlessly and a beat too late.

The male grinned and his eyes sparkled wickedly.
Aurora cleared her throat.
"Are you here just for the company or is there an actual reason?" Aurora asked lazily and his eyes flashed.
"The council wants to see you."

Aurora waited for more information and when she realized she wasn't going to get anything else out of him she sighed.
"Care to explain who the council is?" she asked.
"You don't remember anything?" He raised an eyebrow.

"If I did I wouldn't be asking, would I?" she snapped.
He grinned crookedly, but it didn't reach his eyes.
He shook his head.
"It doesn't matter really. They'll explain everything when you're there."
Aurora opened her mouth to demand more when he interrupted her.
"Which, by the way, was five minutes ago. We need to go. They don't like tardiness," He said, turning around and walking towards the door.
When he realized that she wasn't following him, he sighed and turned back around.
"What is it now?"

Aurora crossed her arms.
"Just the little fact that I'm not exactly in the proper. . . attire." She gestured with her hand at her pyjamas.
"In there," he said, jerking his head towards the second door which Aurora now had a sneaking suspicion that it was a closet.
"But don't take all day, we need to hurry," he warned.
Aurora ignored him and walked slowly towards the door.
She opened the door and stepped inside.
