CHAPTER 16

She like a mouse moved slowly palming her ears to manik's room and slowly pushed it

Nandini : Help...me pl..e..ase

Manik who was reading a book immediately kept it aside and looked at Nandini who was shivering with fear and was all wet with sweat

Manik : ohh god Nandini what happened??

Nandini : nand...u wi..lll be..a go..od girl . Plea..se do..nt leave nandu

Manik : Nandini what is happening

Manik said keeping a and on her shoulder which Nandini jerked immediately in fear as hallucinations were all around her

Manik : kaka kaka please call a doctor see angel ko kya hogya . Nandini you to are my new friend na tell me ?

Kaka : baba I have called doctor tab tak aap baby ji ko pani pilao

Manik : get a glass of water kaka

Before kaka could even move . Nandini fell unconscious and she was heavy for a 13 year old manik to handel so kaka and manik both helped her get onto manik's bed

Nandini when opened her eyes she saw  manik and group with tears and manik tightly holding her hand

" ayee new friend you can't scare us like this" spoke a 13 year old cabir

Nandini just looked down

Mukti : Nandini aap thik ho na baby

Nandini looked up and weekly nodded

Dhruv : nandu you come to vedant mansion there will be aliya to take care of you

Manik all of sudden like waking up said : no you will not go anywhere

Mukti : manik she will not stay in malhotra mansion . She needs a girl

Mukti spoke such big sentances in a mere age of 13 .

It is correctly said people tend to grow faster when they know no one is there to hide their mistakes

They all had  a hell lot of money but all of their houses were empty . Mere kids of 13 age and caretakers who just did their jobs .

Manik lived all alone with a kaka ( appointed by manik's relatives to take care of him )

Mukti lived all alone with her servants

Cabir lived alone with servants and sometimes navya's family ( which is cabir's family friend ) would visit him

Dhruv and aliya lived together in vedant mansion as their parents were neighbours so they are living together with servants

So all they had with them was their friendship and loneliness but recently they found Nandini

Mukti : it is decided either my house or vedant mansion

Manik : no . She will not go . I found her she is my friend only my friend . I will  help her . God promise mukti I will make her alright vo baat bhi karegi manik will make sure that she talks

Nandini just looked at manik to know why he wanted her to stay but he didn't meet her gaze.

Dhruv : but buddy she will need a girl

Manik: no she will not . I found her . She is mine

Cabir : manik she is a human being not a object

Manik : cabir I will not stay alone now . I can't stay alone . Believe me guys I will make sure she is comfortable please don't take her away

Manik was looking like somebody is taking away his favourite toy from him . Group decided to let her stay in malhotra mansion and after trying to get Nandini talk to them and failing they left .

Here nandini is just sitting in manik's bed with manik still holding her hand making sure she is totally covered with blanket and she doesn't fell any kind of discomfort

Manik : Nandini please don't misunderstand me I wanted you to stay here afterall aap mere friend ho maine apko dhunda hai so I have right on you right so I will not let you go.

Nandini kept quiet as usual

Manik : Nandini please talk to me I want to know

Nandini was still quiet

Manik : accha fine don't talk to me but will you hear a story .

So sorry guys story and continuation of flashback in next chapter .....
