Napatayo ako ng bumukas ang grand door sa dinning area kasabay ang pag-anunsyo ng butler ni Great Achilles ng pagdating ng kinasusuklaman kong pamilya.

"The House of Wolsey and House of Santiza will enter the dinning hall."

Sunud-sunod ang pagpasok ng mga ito sa pangunguna ni Duke Richard at Duches Rossette Royce both are looking expensive... The arrogance and pride are still on their sleeves huh?

Kasunod nila ay ang kanilang panganay na si Lady Roberta Marie Royce na nakakawit ang kamay sa asawang si Earl Flynn Sparrow, na tila hindi nagtaksil ang mga ito sa isa't isa... sa likod ng mga ito ay ang nakayuko at tila dumaan sa impyernong bunsong si Roan Marie Royce na ng mapatingin sa akin ay punung puno ng galit ang mga mata... Tinaasan ko lamang ito ng kilay at binlanko ko ang aking expression.

Pormal na sinalubong ng mga elders ang mga ito... Habang ako ay nakahinga ng maluwag ng wala ang pinakasusuklaman kong tao. I sat down and didn't gave may courtesy to our guest...oh... Scratch that... They are not mine to give a damn.

The food were serve and they started a small talks and none sense things... I want to puke having this disgusting sight.

Napatingin ako kay Roan Marie Royce na tila nanunuya ang ngiti sa mga labi. Malamig ko lamang siyang tiningnan at pinagpatuloy ang paghihiwa sa aking steak.  I won't give them the satisfaction of seeing me affected with their worthless presence. I am Eris Chaossiean Hellios... And that alone must be a powerful statement that makes them cringes in fear.

Great Jacquelyn, being the best hostess I knew, wiped the awkwardness in the dining hall in her splendid and graceful way.

"I heard that Young Lady Serene still funding her foundation? And she even let Dr. Hedrick took control of it, correct me if I'm wrong...hija." ani Duches Rosette sa glamorosong paraan.

Serene  nod and smile a lil. "I trust my people and treat them fairly." she answer in formally cold manner.

Maybe, my sister feels empty and scared of being surrounded with strangers yet... But I can see that she can manage this small banquet...

Nakita ko na tila napapahiyang natahimik ang dukesa. I can see how Ate Zen and Rebel hides their smile... While Carlos Ytan smirked. Then took a sip on his wine glass.

Tumayo si Serene... "My apology, but I have to leave first. I need to attend a precious matter. Bon Appétit and have a wonderful evening ladies and gentlemen." she bid her good bye in a very cold manner then gave us a small nods. The Earl attempted to assist her, Rebel moved fast and pretending that she spilled some wine on Serene's dress... Kasabay niyon ang pagiwas ng kapatid ko sa hawak ng earl.

The tension and awkwardness conquer the hall... Ate Zen and Aunt Eliza volunteered to assist Serene. Kitang kita ko sa mga mata ng kapatid ko ang matinding  takot. Baketti who's sitting beside me is now uneasy. Alam kong pareho kami ng iniisip.

I don't feel any fucking right with this whole thing... I need to go now... Before what I am thinking right now became reality.

"My apologies for coming late. My meeting with the prime minister ended late..." tila natuod ako sa aking upuan dahil sa muli kong pagkarinig sa kanyang boses.

Bumati ito sa mga kasama namin sa hall... Tinapik pa nito ang kapatid bago umupo sa tabi ko.

Sa gulat ko ay hinawakan nito kamay ko na nakapatong sa mesa na nakapukaw ng atensyon na lahat.
