The man in the yellow suit is Miles' wife's grandson.
I can't say that he's Thomas's son because Miles' wife could have remarried and had another kid, but this is my reasoning behind him being the grandson:
His granny told him about the Tucks and what random person would've known about their situation the best? Miles' wife. She probably heard about a fountain of youth type thing, connected to the Tucks because they didn't seem to be aging, and told the story to the man in the yellow suit when he was a kid.
