Undy nodded and sat back down as Claude got up. He walked to the front door and very slowly opened it.
It was now beginning to get dark outside, dark pinks and purples painted the horizon behind the disheveled form of usually composed, proud Sebastian. Before Claude could react properly Sebastian threw himself at the golden eyed demon.
With a surprised cry from Claude's lips they both crashed to the floor. Claude sat back on his elbows, trying to quickly scurry away from the demon on top of him but couldn't because of his weight. But then Claude noticed it wasn't Sebastian's weight keeping him down. There were two muscular arms holding him in place.
"S-Seba..." His voice faded out as red eyes slowly met golden ones. Sebastian's eyes were blood shot and filled with unshed tears, ready to spill over any moment. Now that Claude truly thought about it the pungent scent of alcohol on the Raven's breath was very, very clear.
"C-Claude I'm sorry..." Sebastian cried, burying his face in Claude neck and inhaling his sweet, calming scent deeply, "Oh fuck I'm so sorry.. I-I should've never left that morning.. I-I.. not a m-moment goes by where I don't th-think of you and the stupid choice I made to l-leave.. I-I.. Y-you.." Claude finally cut off Sebastian by placing a gently finger over his admittedly soft lips, seeing as how he was sobbing more than speaking at this point. Claude didn't become angry or depressed like most people would at this point. He sat there with a blank expression, but to Sebastian that was worse. He wished he could read the younger demons mind, to know exactly what he thought. soft whimpers left Sebastian's lips as the heavy silence stretched between the two demons, "p-please..." he whispered, closing his red eyes as another tear ran down his cheek. He wished Claude would hate him. To scream, yell, hit him, anything but this silence that weighed down on his tired, weak body. Then at least Sebastian would know what Claude was thinking.
Suddenly he felt the warm touch of the golden eyed demon as he wiped away Sebastian's tears, "I.. I don't forgive you yet.. B-but.. I'm willing to try and forgive you. But things won't be the same yet.. I don't know why but I feel like I need you.." Claude's voice was soft, hesitant, like he was unsure of the words coming from his own mouth.
Sebastian sobbed in relief and hugged Claude tightly to his muscular chest, crying into his dark, soft hair, "Oh th-thank you, thank you, thank you.." He repeated over and over, "p-please just h-hold me for a little while.." Sebastian was being uncharacteristically vulnerable to the golden eyed demon.
Claude's eyes were wide as he sat there, Sebastian's words weren't getting through to him. After a moment he realized what he had said. He was so shocked to see the red eyed demon reveal such a secret part of himself to Claude. This is how he knew Sebastian was serious, he truly regretted leaving. The always proud, sophisticated, and uncaring Sebastian was kneeling in front of Claude and crying his eyes out, confessing his feelings to the younger, golden eyed demon.
Claude knew what this was.
He could feel it, just like Sebastian could.
Their inner, uncontrollable demons were fighting them, wanting them to claim each other as mates once and for all.
Gold eyes and red eyes instantly met each other, feeling the pull of their need to mate. Claude's arms slowly wound themselves around Sebastian's neck, pulling him flush against his body, "Don't take advantage of me again.." He whispered softly, his voice broken and needy, letting Sebastian hear just how hurt he was with his absence, "Never leave me again." Slowly salty tears began making a wet path along Claude's cheeks as he cried with Sebastian.
Sebastian shook his head and pulled Claude into his lap, "I'd never dream of it. I-I'll never ever leave your side again, as long as you'll have me." Sebastian placed a kiss upon Claude's cheek, knowing they weren't ready for a real kiss just yet. they needed to start over. to begin anew. They wanted- no, needed to do this right.
Loving caress in place of fleeting touches.
Long embraces instead of quick holds.
A slow, steady relationship as opposed to a one night fling.
"If I give you my heart once more.. I won't allowed you to break it again." Claude stated simply.
"I understand." Sebastian quickly replied back to him, certain he won't waste this rare opportunity to love and be loved by the usually stoic demon.
With a sudden groan Claude bent forward at the waist, clutching his stomach. His perfect features twisted in pain, his grasp tightening on his stomach, "S-Sebastian.." He managed to whimper out.
Seeing his love in such pain Sebastian quickly lifted him up bridal style and took him to lay on his couch. He was careful as he set him down and then, for the first time, noticed the Undertaker. Sebastian gave him a pleading look, "Help.. please." He whispered, trying everything in his power to help the golden eyed demon, but not knowing how.
"Step back." Undertaker said, making no move to get close to Claude, "Do not touch him, this is something that he has to do on his own." Receiving a growl from Sebastian Undertaker simply smirked, giving him a knowing look, "Or let him suffer. You may feel like you need to touch him, that's just your demon. Ignore him and step back."
Sebastian hesitated. He knew Undy was smart and wise but.. He wanted to touch him. Undertaker was Right of course for as soon as Sebastian stepped away Claude's pain, withering, and groaning grew dim and much less severe. Sebastian whimpered as Claude slowly sat up, thinking he should help and support him. He was instantly stopped as Undertaker simply held up a hand, telling him it still wasn't time to comfort him yet.
"W-what.. the hell was that?.." Claude gasped out, looking to Undy.
Undertaker smirked and began explaining what happened.
Both demons stared at the reaper with wide eyes and gaped at him before yelling in unison, "WHAT?!"
