"What happened to you? Why are you being like this?" Natalia asked
"I'm just following orders" Valentina says
She grabs a blade off Natalia's hip and walks over to the body
She slits the back of Mr. Alonzo's arm and takes out a small hydra pin they had never seen before
With that she drops the blade and walks out the doors
When her soulmates make their way out she's already gone

Valentina looks through the flash drive on her hand held device and sees its information about the red room and some hydra operations
Even though she spent basically her entire life with Hydra it didn't mean she was loyal to them
They were the ones that took her away from her family and her Natalia
She decided what would be best and took action
She made her way to where her soulmates were staying and saw they weren't there yet
She snuck in and sat herself down on the sofa facing the door not bothering to turn the lights on

"Wait, someone's in there" Coulson says quietly holding his arm out when they reach one of Tony's vacation homes
The avenger see what he's looking at and grab their weapons
Clint very quietly sneaks in from the window facing her back
He climbed to the floor pointing his gun at her not making a single sound
"That won't be necessary Clint" Valentina says staying perfectly still
Coulson and the rest of the Avenger's walk in the front door to see Valentina sitting with poise and grace still in her dress
"To what do we owe this surprise" the man with the goatee who she learned was Tony asks
She had done her research and knew everyone's names by now
"I have something I think you want" she says
She pulls out the flash drive she copied the info onto, walks over to Coulson and hands it to him
"It has all the information and more that you were hoping to get out of Mr. Alonzo" she says
"Your just giving it to us?" Coulson said slightly confused
"I never did repay you for what you did all those years ago. So thank you. Take this and continue on with your lives" Valentina says walking to the door
Natalia walks up to her and grabs her arm
"Please. Don't go. You can stay with us. Your already here, all you have to do is not go back, I'm begging you" Natalia said with glossy eyes
Valentina grabs her face and caresses her cheek
"I'm sorry Natalia" she says before leaving
When Valentina walks away Natalia falls to the floor and breaks down
"Shh shh sh, it's ok Natasha, it's alright. We'll get her back one day my dear" The raven haired god says holding her close to his body
Natasha was completely heart broken
Valentina had the chance to leave Hydra behind but she chose to stay
She chose Hydra over her soulmates

When Valentina made her way back to the base she met with Madam B and some other superiors to give them a briefing on her mission
"I wasn't able to save Mr. Alonzo but I did manage to get this before anyone could get to it" she said placing the original flash drive on the conference table
She also put down the pin she got out of Mr. Alonzo's arm on the table
The pin attaches itself to to a nerve in the area and the easiest way to get rid of it is to just cut it out, it proves that a Hydra member is truly dead
"We heard that the Avengers along with our very own Natalia were there" the man with dark hair says
"Yes Sir" Valentina replies unfazed
"I hope it wasn't too much trouble, seeing as you and Natalia were partners" he says again
"She is no longer my partner, she betrayed Hydra so I had no difficulties completing my mission. I will do what I have to be done in order to succeed" she says still showing no emotion
"You've trained her well" the man says to Madam B
"Yes well she never fails us, I wish all of the girls were like her, poised, perfect" Madam B says with a proud smile
Over the years Valentina had become such a good liar and by always following instructions she gained the utmost trust from the Highest operatives including Madam B
They would never question her loyalty to Hydra
They would never think she was lying to them
Not that it mattered, she would be spending the rest of her days on this earth in this wretched place
She had no way out, this was it
