Trigger warning: physical and verbal abuse. Running away.

Sometimes bad things happen to those who dont deserve it. Some are wrongly imprisoned. Some are cast to the side like their nothing. Some... some are hurt for no reason. There isn't anything easy about being in these situations, but that doesn't mean you should lose hope of things getting better. Things will get better.

For Aviva and Hadrian things were terrible. They were starved and beat if they disobeyed anything their parents said. As this happened liam, the apparent famous triplet, was treated like an angel. At one point the family was so separated that Liam had no recollection of his siblings.

Most of the days Viv and Harry, as they called each other, were locked in their room. They had one bed in the small place but seing as no one came to this side of the manor they were able to pick the lock and take things from the other rooms. They were also on the bottom floor. In the hallway way a bay window that could be opened. This lead the two to spend constant days outside with books that they snuck from the library, which was always empty.

The potters invited people over often. The adults would get drunk and the kids would play with each other. Most people barely knew about the other potter children. But some did.

Sirius and remus would constantly visit them, they had tried to help the children before but as far as the wizarding world knew the potters were 'saints' and that 'they would never hurt a child' or 'there arent even other children in that household'. The potters stopped inviting them after a while. But nothing could stop the letters they got.

Some others would accidentally stumble upon the room one of them being a thin blond boy named draco. He also didnt have the best home life. He was expected to be perfect. His mother and father both stopped caring for him at a young age. They both have strict points of view. Draco didnt fit them well so they constantly punished him.

Draco had just stepped away from the party. He had tried to talk to the so called 'savior' but found out pretty quickly that he was a giant buttface. He walked down a hall that seemed mostly abandoned. Turning the corner he saw an opened window. He could here a small amount of laughter from outside. Checking to see if there was anybody behind him he climbed out the window.

"See I told you." Said the girl with. The boy looked at her blandly,"let's try agian and see which ones better."
They both shouted the words luminous maxima. A bright light shown on vines that were covering a two sides of a large tree. The vines started to retract.

"I win!" They both said. They looked at each other and started laughing. "Who did win?" The boy questioned.

"You did." Draco spoke up from behind them. They both turned to look at him. The girl had a questioning look on her face while the boys mouth was open and his was a very subtle shade of red.
"How did you do magic without a wand?"

"We... um... your not going to tell on us for being outside are you?" Asked the boy quietly. Draco felt drawn to him for some reason but he ignored it. He resembled the girl mostly except that he had vivid emerald green eyes with glasses and unruly black hair unlike his sisters(he assumed) who's was at least partially tamed.

"Of course not."
"Its called wandless magic" spoke the girl.
"Do you mind teaching me?"
They looked at each other with and the boy nodded.

They became fast friends.
