"I'll try but that was..." Alyson said.

"I know, but you can make up for it by protecting them now," Iina said gently holding Alyson's cheek.

"Thank you Iina, I needed that. Can I have a hug?" Alyson asks sheepishly. Iina lets out her belling laugh.

"Of course," Iina said opening her arms wide. Alyson leaned forward into her embrace. It felt like being in a bubble of warm not quite like hugging a real live person but more like she was touching the soul of a person. It was odd but still pleasant.

Alyson broke it first.

"Thank you Iina. I needed that."

"No need to thank me. I'm here to help you." Iina pushed Alyson's hair away from her face in a motherly gesture. With that she disappeared into the night.

Alyson wrapped her arms around herself as she watched over her pack. It was mid-day now around noon. Alyson had no intent of waking them until late in the day. They deserved a good sleep. Speaking of which she went into all their mindscapes and also settled them down making sure they slept as well as possible.

Alyson huffed as she sat there. She wondered how Hayden's hunting group was doing. She wondered if their trip had been as eventful as hers had been.

It's kind of annoyed her that when she let her mind wonder she thought of Hayden. She slumped back against the tree and huffed. Forcing her mind to change subjects she thought about what other consequences there could be of her powers.

The first thing that popped into her mind was what happened in the shower the other day. She now knew the blood has been imaginary, until it wasn't.

Was it because she killed someone? Because she now had blood on her hands? But she didn't think of it like that. She thought of it as acting out a justice and revenge, didn't she?

Should she be feeling guilty at taking a life? Should she be afraid of herself for not feeling guilty about killing someone?

She sure did feel guilty about hurting Dustin but not Micheal. Both are Awful to her she dislikes both of them a lot. But with Micheal he'd hurt more than just her. He'd hurt Kai, Rebecca, Jasper, and everyone in the pack. She'd kill him a million more times if she had to.

But Dustin was just an ass to her because he was also trying his best to protect his pack and here, she was some half-were with some nifty powers. Some including talking to a Skinwalker once and having the exact same colour of eye one too. So, in reality he had every right to be weary of her.

However, he didn't have to be such a dick to her, Alyson thought pouting.

Though she wasn't exactly the nicest to him at points either, but he was still an asshole most of the time to her. He just needs to learn that she'd never hurt anyone in the pack really.

Then again, she did just torture Dustin. But he brought it upon himself he was beating her, but she took it way too far.

And she didn't even notice how far until someone else told her, even more sickening she enjoyed watching him worm under her.

So, was it true that she would never hurt anyone in the pack because Dustin is in the pack, in fact he was her seconds in command?

So, was he really the bad, or was she? Dustin was just trying to protect his family from a stranger that he guessed was dangerous.

Was he right? Was she a danger to the pack?

Alyson groaned and shook her head from her conflicting thoughts. She was going in circles doing nothing but confusing herself.
