where are you?
i'd like to become whole again.

i keep thinking i've found you
hiding behind the crooked smiles
that have disguised themselves
as the picture on the puzzle box.
dear other half,
where are you?
i am worried that we have found
each other but have not become aware.
dear other half,
have you been searching for me too?
have the others taken more than
they have left of me?
have we met at the wrong time?
dear other half,
where are you?
i am beginning to worry you don't
care for my broken pieces.
dear other half,
where are you?
my soul longs for you
to make your presence known.
dear other half,
where are you?
i have been ready for you
for quite some time.
dear other half,
how am i supposed to put
the puzzle together when
we're both the missing piece?
