𝐟𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

i found myself snuggling up against him , feeling content with just the way we were . it was cold and windy outside since it just rained . today it was just a small date in his living room , though he mentioned that he was guilty for not bringing me to or agreed dinner date . of course i told him that i didn ' t mind since i was happy by just being by his side .

" baby , " he suddenly spoke , making me lift my head to look at him with a curious look . " i love you . " he said , offering me the loving smile i have grown to love . i melted at his words , my lips forming a grin before giggling in reply , " i love you too . " his eyes softened , hearing my reply as his smile grew wider before pulling me into his lap .

" you ' re so cute . " he murmured into my hair , making me blush as i let out a small squeak in surprise , covering my face with my long sleeves to try hide my flustered form , causing him to chuckle . " you know , you are adorable when you get shy . " he teased , making me whine . after all i was still not used to getting compliments , especially from him .

he hugged me tighter , causing me to do my guard . he took advantage of the opportunity to quickly lean in and leave a peck on my lips , catching me by surprise once more as i playfully hit his chest . he laughed at my antics , gently kissing my forehead affectionately .

after a while it was completely silent , but in a good way . in a way where you are just savouring the other ' s company .

" don ' t ever leave me . " i softly said , my arms clinging onto his waist , though not gathering the courage to look at him in the eye . " i won ' t . " i heard him promise as he again kissed the top of my head .

" promise ? "

" i promise , i will always be here for you no matter what . i know i must have said this countless of times but ...

i love you , i always will . "
