"Do you think this is enough sir?" A man said, giving the other person a suitcase filled with tiny explosives. The men behind them watched as they nodded in agreement

"They'll finally pay for tricking us for a unfair deal" the man smirks. The men laughed delightedly. Marching towards a huge bulding

They were now loading their gun. Ready to fire at any time. Until they heard a small noise behind them

"Who's there!?" one of the men shouts as he points his gun in the shadows. Suddenly, some of the men get stabbed by a razor like creature. It reveals to have a dragon head and it bites off the head of one of the main men

They got scared and started shooting everywhere. One of them called back up.

Akutagawa rose from the shadows, slowly walking towards the terrified men

"I-its him!" one of them shouts "Keep firing at him!!" They all point their wepons at him and shot rapid bullets at him. Only for Akutagawa to stop it with his ability

The men thought it was over, until their horde of back ups came. One of them smiled

"You sure this brat can't beat all of us at once!! come one!!" Almost all of them men charged at Akutagawa.

Akutagawa simply coughs "Fools, I am not alone"

No one noticed a lion that ravenged almost all of the backup they had. The lion devoured each and every one of them.

The main people got shocked "W-what!? how can that lion devour all of that!?" They shaked in fear.

One of them threw one of the explosives to Akutagawa. Only to be devoured by the lion that jumped over them. The lion faced them and circled over Akutagawa, growling at the men.

Akutagawa pets its mane "Good girl"

The lion calms, Akutagawa then finishes off the rest.

The lions tranforms back to Yozora, who slowly was about to fall. But she quickly held herself up with the remaining strength of her legs. She sighs, she hated the fact her ability took up a lot of her energy

"Can you still walk?" Akutagawa asks her. Seemingly wanting to lend her a hand.

"Only a bit, my legs feel really deflated" Yozora responds as she tries to stay standing up. Akutagawa then bends down in front of her. Yozora wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him with her legs.

He steadily stands up and they walk back to the Port Mafia building. Yozora rests her head on his hair. Softly sniffing it

Ever since the two got paired up. They got even closer than ever. Every task assigned to them was always successful. And with that, their relationship was accepted by the Mafia

The two were slowly making their way back. When Yozora suddenly gets shocked. She heard a kids cry near them. She immediately jumps off of Akutagawa, startling him in the process "Oi Yozor-" he couldn't finish his sentence as Yozora ran off with incredible speed

Akutagawa then searches for her. He couldn't find her for a few minutes. Until he heard a scream from an alleyway. He ran there, only to find Yozora hugging two kids. And a man dead beside them

Akutagawa angrily walks up to her "Yozora, what the hell was that for?" he asks her

Yozora looks at him with sorry in her eyes. She then looks at the two children she just saved. Their bodies were so thin and almost brusied.

"Hey...do you wanna live somewhere? Somewhere you can finally be at peace" She asks them. They looked confused at first. But then they nodded

Yozora picks them up and looks over to Akutagawa. Who was kinda mad at her at this point.

"Don't tell me you're gonna get them back at your place?" He asks Yozora as she walks towards him.

"My mother instructed me to do these. I can't disobey" Yozora replied. "Are you gonna come with me or-"

Akutagawa sighs and turns around "I'll go back and report to the boss, just make sure you come back after this" 

"Alright then" Yozora waves him off. She then walks with the two children. One on her back and one on her arms

"Where are we going miss?" The little boy asked Yozora 

"A nice home for the both of you. You're going to love it there" Yozora beams to them as she happily runs to the Makayoshi. As she slowly appeared by the trees, a horde of children came running to them.

Charlotte was just hanging their laundry. She sees Yozora and suddenly bursts into tears. She quickly drops one of the baskets and ran straight to Yozora.

"My dear! you came back" Charlotte happily hugs Yozora, she then looks at the two children she was carrying"Are these two perhaps?.."

"They got attacked for stealing" Yozora says as she puts them down. The two shyed behind her.

Charlotte bends down on her knees "Don't worry, you'll be safe here. Now come, we'll fix you up and get you both some food"

Charlotte picks up the kids and walks inside the house. Yozora sighs and she continued to hug the other children.

She notices a black lean figure, only to realize it was Akutagawa. 

"I thought you were gonna go back?" Yozora asks Akutagawa, it was only a few minutes adnPort Mafia was quite far from here

"I'm not slow" he replies, his face with apathy while staring at the children playing around them.

"Why do they seem so happy?" Akutagawa questions Yozora, She sits beside him under the tree "Mother treated us differently from other headmasters. She didn't like violence, so she just taught the kids ways to settle their differences" Yozora looks at the children with a sweet smile

"How peculiar, they will not survive if they are being hidden by the dangers of reality"

"We have an instructor that teaches us self defense. He usually comes by every Saturday"

"You have a weird orphanage"

"Are you perhaps jealous Ryuu?" Yozora looks at Akutagawa in concern.

"What makes you think that?"

"Here, we were raised lovingly by mother. Taught how to be polite, respectful. How to share and be fair. Mother also was generous to provide for our education. In short, most of the kids here lived in bliss" Yozora sighs "To tell you the truth, we tried to reason with other orphanage headmasters to transfer the kids here. We never had a kid die of starvation nor malnutrition. But..as humans are very arrogant and prideful. They disagreed with out tactics and declined our offer"

"I could understand their intentions. Kids in your orphanage will end up not knowing how to deal with pain" Akutagawa leaned on the tree

"Perhaps, everyone has different reasons to do things. All I know mother wanted us to live normally" Yozora cradles herself up

"Let's go back, the boss might be looking for us" Akutagawa says as he starts walking.

Yozora goes in front of him and suddenly jumps in his arms. Making Akutagawa startled "Oi, what's this for?" he questions Yozora as she giggled. She simply just wrapped her arms around him and rest her head in his neck

Akutagawa getting the hint then just slowly walks away from the orphanage. Gently nuzzling Yozora's hair as they walked in the night
