You’re kidding right Alice,” I shrieked to her.

“No, she’s not,” Edward told me casually.

“No, no, no, no, I’m not ready,” I repeated while I started cleaning

“Bella, why are you freaking out? Do you need help? What can we do” Alice asked me. I pretended I didn’t listen and kept on cleaning.

“I have to be downstairs. I have to make breakfast and wake up Charlie.” I said and ran downstairs and woke Charlie up. “ Dad, wake up, you have to be presentable for the Tucker’s,” I tell him. “I will get started on breakfast,” I say from the kitchen.

“Ok, thanks Bells,” Charlie says.

As I get downstairs and get started on breakfast Charlie comes down in his suit and says, “What are you making?”

“I am making pancakes and bacon,” I told him as I served the food and he set the table.

Then I hear the doorbell ring and know that they are here. I tell my dad to go open the door while I go do something upstairs. When I see that Charlie has left I run upstairs, lock myself in my room, and scream in my pillow. I feel two pairs of cold stone arms and know right away that Alice and Edward stayed. I turn around and see their perfect, pale faces and see the worry in them.

“What are you guys still doing here?” I ask them.

“Why are you upset?” they asked me in unison.

“Charlie and the guests will kill you guys if they find you here,” I hiss at them.

“We are vampires Bella. The worst they can do is shoot us,” Alice says casually and rolls her eyes.

“Bells, come and eat with us. We are hungry,” Charlie yelled at me.

“Ok, I will be there right now,” I yell back to him. “You guys have to leave” I hiss at Alice and Edward. “I promise that I will explain after breakfast in the meadow, and don’t believe anything I say or do. Ok?” I tell them calmly. They nod, jump outside and go running until I can’t see them.

I take a deep breath, put a fake smile on and go downstairs. I can smell him before I see him. Crap, why did he have to be here, did he not remember that I obviously never want to see him again. Maybe I should talk about Kimmy. That ought to teach him a lesson he will never forget.

When I reach the end of the stairs, I feel the arms of my future mother-in-law (hopefully not).

“Oh Sweetie, you have grown so big and beautiful since the last time I saw you,” Adelaide gushed.

“Thank you, Adelaide. You too have gotten beautiful.” I told her politely.

“Ahh Bella, how is my favorite future daughter-in-law,” asked Henry.

“I am perfectly fine. How about you guys, are you guys fine? Would you like to join us for breakfast?” I asked politely

“Of course, we would love to join you guys,” said a third voice.

I turned and saw a girl’s face smiling back at me. I gasped quietly and almost started to cry.

“E-Ellie is that really you?” I sobbed.

“It’s me, sis,” Ellie said.

I ran to her and hugged her. We both started to cry and babble on things that have happened but it sounded like complete gibberish.

“Okay girls calm down before you both explode and your mascara stains the floor,” my dad told us both.

That’s when we both look at each other and see that our mascara is running.  We all burst out laughing. Then I hear the sixth and seventh laughs. I turn to see a boy and a girl. I run to the girl and hug her until she tells me.

“Bella you will suck the life out of me, no pun intended,” Ella tells me.

I laugh at her bad pun and release her. I tell her, “Omigosh it has been so long. It has been 6 years. How have you been? Do you have a boyfriend? A husband? Has anyone hurt you? I will hunt them if they have--”

“Okay, I get it, Bella. I’m fine. Yes, I have a boyfriend or fiance. No one has hurt me and do you think that they would let them live after they hurt me?” She raises an eyebrow questionably.

Then, I really study her. She has an hour-glass figure, long, thick hazel, hair that reaches to the end of her back. She is a little pale and better colored than me.

“Hey Bella,” I hear the voice that I have been dreading to hear. I feel the blood from my face drain. I turn to face the owner of this sweet, death-bringing voice.

“Hello Chris, what an honor to see you again,” I say coldly.
