"You like it?" I ask

"Yeah shorty, I like it" Catra says

Catra goes behind me and hugs me from behind tightly and I flinch a bit and she holds tighter and I enjoy the warmth

"I haven't cut my hair in so long" I say

(True story I haven't cut mine since 2016)

"I can cut it for you" Catra says

"No thanks, usually my best friend from my village would cut my hair for me" I say

Catra digs her claws into my shoulders and slams me against the wall

"Ow" I yelp

"Listen to me. I am your best friend. That pathetic village you went to after you escaped, is gone. You're staying with me. You're not leaving the horde. You're not leaving m-here ever again! Got it" Catra says

I nod and Catra lets go of me and I look down but Catra puts her finger on my chin and lifts it up so I meet her glare

"Even if you did try to leave, I would find you and I would hurt you badly" Catra says

Tears begin to form in my eyes and I look at Catra who's a lot scarier with her hair brushed down and the tufts gone

"I-I-I-I-I-I'm sorry" I stutter

"Good, don't make me threaten you again" Catra says

Catra goes to the room and I fall to my knees

"I'll be back shorty" Catra says

—3rd person POV—

Catra felt awful about doing that to (Y/n) but Catra had to show (Y/n) that she wasn't just going to leave that easily

Honestly Catra just wanted (Y/n) to hug her and never let go and Catra thinks of how amazing it would be if (Y/n) held her hand and never leave her side

Those thoughts made Catra happy and a sense of warmth but also it made her feel weak and she couldn't show (Y/n) her weak or vulnerable side or she might think that it's easy to escape

Catra sighed and brushed her hair back and she wanted (Y/n) to play with her hair again

Catra wanted to apologize to (Y/n) for hurting her but Catra hated apologizing to people

Catra decided she would let (Y/n) talk to Kyle again as sort of an apology

Catra always felt weird around (Y/n) her heart would speed up and she'd blush every time (Y/n) smiles and Catra wants (Y/n) to smile more. Every time (Y/n) touches her Catra purrs and wants to melt into (Y/n)s arms

But Catra always pushes her feelings towards (Y/n) down in order to not show weakness

—(Y/n) POV—

Catra was fucking scaring me

I'm scared of her and she's just hurts me all the time over nothing

If I mention Berk, she scratches me

If I touch her arm when we sleep, she holds tighter to a point where I can't breathe and I have to tell her to stop 

I wait for Catra to come back and after a few hours she does

The door opens and I get up from the rock bed

"Hey Catra" I say

"Hey shorty.....uh hey so.....I'll let you talk to Kyle again because for some reason he's your friend" Catra says

"Really?! Thanks Catra you have no idea how much this means to me" I say

I want to hug her but I'm scared she'll scratch my back

"Come on I'm going to go blow off some steam and you'll stay in the locker room"
Catra says

"Got it" I happily say

Catras face goes from smiling to anger

Catra slams me against the wall again and she slides her claw against my neck lightly

"I'm trusting that you won't escape and don't make me regret letting you talk to Kyle again" Catra says

"Catra I won't even think of it, I like being here with you" I lie

Catra smiles and we go to the locker room and Catra goes in some room and I wait

I grab 3 pieces of paper and a pen and write down three notes

Kyle comes in and I greet him with a hug

"Hey Kyle" I say

Kyle hugs back

"Hey (Y/n)" Kyle says

"I'm sorry if I ignored you I just was busy and stuff" I say

We pull away but we still hold each others arms

"It's ok (Y/n)" Kyle says

"I need to ask you to do a favour for me" I say

"Yeah sure what is it?" Kyle asks

"Could you find out where Hiccup Haddock is sleeping and give him these. But you don't have to do it tonight, just anytime you can" I say

(Yeah I know I'm original with names)

I fold the three pieces of paper and hand them to Kyle

"Yeah I'll do that tonight. Why?" Kyle asks

—3rd person POV—

(Y/n) had a plan and she was scared with Catras hearing, Catra would be able to hear her so she whispered

(Y/n) whispered into his ear why she asked him to do it

"Ohhh" Kyle says and puts the paper in his pocket

"Oh can you also..." (Y/n) says

(Y/n) whispered something else in his ear

"Sure (Y/n) I mean you and Rogelio were the only people who were ever nice to me" Kyle says

—(Y/n) POV—

"Thank you so much Kyle" I say and hug him again

"You're welcome (Y/n)" Kyle says

"You are the best" I say

"Oh hey can I tell you something, but you can't tell anyone else, ok?" Kyle says

"Yeah sure" I say

"I have a crush on Rogelio" Kyle says

"Oh my god. That is so cute. You should tell him when you're ready" I say

Kyle leaves and I feel happy

I could finally talk to Kyle

Kyle might finally date and be happy with Rogelio

And

My plan to escape was under way
