Xena's POV:

"What are you doing here!?" I demand furiously.

The guy we bumped into earlier, looks up from the phone-he was glancing at- meeting my irritated green eyes.

It's moments like these that I wish I had long nails.

So that I can scrape his skin and his dumb bluish greyish eyes as deep as humanly possible.

He looks back down at his phone, ignoring me.

"Well?" I interrogate him, again.

"Sorry, did you say something? I'm deaf, " he informs, still not gazing at my face, as he lays comfortably on one of the two white beds in the room.

"Well, now that can't be possible. You weren't looking at her when she said that so that means you-" Zinov blabbers.

I give Zeeno a sharp look making him resist speaking, before strolling towards the guy and clasping his phone.

"Well, if you keep staring at your device you will be both blind and deaf. Now, what are you doing here?" I repeat.

He snorts, "How dumb are you? I am obviously here because this is my room. And do you actually think you're scaring me or something?" he inquiries sarcastically, still peeking at the phone in my hand.

"I might be dumb. But I am also exceedingly scary. . .You were assigned this cabin? Well, then make sure you treat my pal here politely. . . ." I trail off.

He laughs, "I couldn't care less about your 'pal'," he states, emotionless, then pulls his phone back from my grasp.

I scowl at him, boiling in anger, "Zeeno, let's just go to my cabin, " I instruct.

"Sure. . ." Zinov trails off, as we both walk outside of the room, after he drops his baggage on the other bed.

...

"I don't understand why this camp looks really old yet really new?" Zonov solicits as he unpacks my bag, sitting on the floor.

It is true.

The entrance looks very old and washed out.

But the cabin is remarkable.

It includes : two white beds-across from each other, two wooden desks, two night stands, and two closets-one on each side of the room. It also has one bathroom, one breakfast table- in the middle of the cabin, and a small storage compartment.

So far it's better than any camp I've ever even dreamed of attending.

And it's supposed to be for delinquents?

"Maybe they are just starting to upgrade it now or something?" I offer, plopping upside down on my bed-next to the window.

"Maybe. . . I guess it just feels kind of weird, " he mumbles.

"Well, maybe you're stressed out because you're rooming with that dude, " I bid, smiling mischievously.

"I really don't mind, and I honestly don't understand why you got so mad, " he confesses.

I'll be damed to watch my best friend get bullied by such a prick.

"Everyone here has to be disastrous, remember? So, there is no way any one here is going to be friendly towards you wether you did something to them or not, " I explain, no longer smiling.

"Yeah, you're right, " he admits , " well, I can't wait to know how 'disastrous' your roommate is."

As if on que, the door slides open.

I glance up at the figure entering the room with two dudes dropping her pink bags, instantly exciting the room.

She is wearing a short pink party dress.

In a camp.

"Oh hello!" she greets Zinov, ignoring me.

"Hi, " he mumbles shyly.

"You don't know how glad I am about rooming with you!" she exclaims cheerfully.

"Oh no I'm not assigned to this cabin, " Zinov explains briefly, still unpacking my clothes.

Many emotions flash through the girl's eyes. Choosing disgust, she asks, "You are my roommate?" peeking my way.

I nod, "Xena."

"Kora, " she mutters as she grabs her bags and drops them on the other bed.

"Oh I know that show, I think I even watched it before actually, " I utter, chuckling.

"Why do you get that bed?" she asks, infuriated, ignoring my statement.

"Because, finders keepers. I found it first and I'm keeping it, " I interpret proudly.

She huffs, "this is going to be a long summer. "

And flees the cabin.

"And a funny one, " I call out.

"Well, I'm sure it's going to be a different one, " Zinov offers.

...

"This movie is so sappy, " I mumble once we finish watching 'The Fault in our Stars'.

"It was emotional, " Zinov reasons.

"No," I mutter.

Kora hasn't been back since she left the cabin dramatically and since then me and Zinov have been watching movies on my laptop.

So far we've watched about four romantic movies.

I don't think I can take anymore.

"Damn, it's ten o'clock!" I exclaim.

"So?" Zeeno questions, perplexed.

"My bedtime, oh my bedtime!" I complain, sensationally.

"You don't have a bedtime," he states.

"Oh even my best friend thinks I'm a liar! How am I going to live anymore!" I utter dramatically.

"Is it actually ten?" he asks.

"Yes, oh this is the end of me, " I cry out.

He gasps, " Oh my God! I had to be in my cabin thirty minutes ago, " he grumbles, standing up from the bed then walking towards the door.

"Uh why?" I ask no longer acting.

"My sleeping schedule, " he reminds me.

"Right. . what time will you wake me up?" I inquire.

"You really don't need to know, " he asserts as he leaves the room.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how to get rid of your friends when they are being boring as hell.

...

"Good evening, " a soft voice says as they unlock the door.
