When I first heard this one, it really spoke to me. After dealing with Crohn's and weakness from that, it helped me to see that I didn't need to be ashamed of the fact my ten year old sister can lift things I can't, and do things that I can't. There's no shame in being weak. Just in staying weak.

This is Levi talking about following after Erwin Smith. I choice with no regrets, and a life with no regrets. That isn't to say that you should never regret things. Some things you should regret. But how I see it is that you shouldn't dwell on your past mistakes, because the past is present until you're ready to move forward. Therefore, choose to live a life with no regrets, or no dwelling on past mistakes. Move on, move forward, and follow the path you were meant to take.

I'm pretty sure in this scene, he was talking to someone seeking revenge. The thing is, he would harm those who got in his way that had done nothing to him. It just reminds me of how human nature is, how we can all be when we seek our revenge, even if it's just a little thing. If we seek our revenge on someone who has wronged us, we are no better than those who have wronged us. Forgive rather than get revenge; be that different person who can make a difference, even if only a small one! <3

I think this one is self explanatory. We may not see us as being strong individuals. But even just sanding up means you're strong. Standing up for something you believe in. Speaking up for what you believe in. Standing up for something that is right, or standing up against something that is wrong.

This one is also self explanatory. Don't worry about what others think, just hold your head up high and press on! They don't need to think highly of you for you to be important, they don't need to understand. All that matters is that you are following the path that has been set in front of you. ❤️
