I've noticed the more we're goof to people, the more we share our things, our stories, our happiness we start expecting the same from them...
And honestly speaking that's hurting, frustrating. It emerges hatred or upsetting you for that person which is not acceptable for your health, your mental peace.
If they don't give us back in return we start assuming, 'Maybe I'm not good enough.' You're perfectly fine! It's their choice not ours...
So please stop expecting from others, expect from your own self!
Love yourself enough! Give yourself enough! Even if someone else doesn't!
It's our choice to give them it's theirs whether if they want to or don't!
