~||I'm Trying||~

~||Chapter 4||~

"You know your stuff kid but no. It was another fight that was not revealed to the public for safety reasons. That fight wounded me severely, and I was left with this scar and after that I could only be a hero for three hours."

All Might transformed into his buff form and got ready to leave when Izuku called out.

 "W-Wait All Might-san!"

All Might turned back to face Izuku. Izuku looked down. 

"I... I have a very important question to ask you, All Might-san..." 

All Might blinked before turning back to Izuku. 

"Go ahead, kid." Izuku gulped before asking shakily. 'Even without a quirk..... Can I be a hero like you..? A hero that can make everyone feel safe with their presence...?" 

Izuku believed All might would say yes.

 "Kid..."

 Izuku perked up. All Might sighed. 

"It's a good thing to dream kid.... But...Without a quirk, it's impossible.... You saw my wound just now... I got such a scar even when I had such a powerful quirk. What would have happened if a quirkless person suffered these injuries? I'm not saying yoi shouldn't dream..... Just be realistic...." 

With that All Might jumped away leaving behind a shattered and heart broken teen. 

"You.... You're the same as them... You're no different.... Why did I ever believe you were a true hero?!"

 Izuku was shouting out loud. After a few moments, he walked down the stairs and was about to head home when he heard an explosion. 'Might as well go and check it out.... If I die, I die.' With that, Izuku headed towards the explosion.

There was already a huge crowd gathered around the area the explosions were coming from. He could hear people talking about a villain and a hostage. He squeezed himself to the front to see the villain and the hostage. Izuku's eyes widened as he saw the sludge villain. 

'What...? Didn't All Might catch him...?'

 His eyes flickered around, when he met crimson eyes that screamed

 'Help Me?!' 

Izuku's eyes widened. Before he knew it, he was already rushing in. 

'Shit! I don't even have a plan!'

 The slime villain reached out for Izuku. Izuku panicked before flinging his bag at the villain. Luckily, it hit the villain in his eye. This gave Izuku a chance to pull out Bakugou, and with all of the strength he could muster, he pulled Bakugou.

 The slime villain let go of Bakugou in his pain. Izuku was panting heavily while Bakugou greedily breathed in air. The The slime villain, after recovering turned in the two boys direction, ready to attack, when a familiar blond appeared out of nowhere and punched the villain to smithereens. 

"Fear not everyone, for I AM HERE!"

 The air pressure from All Might's punch formed clouds and a light drizzle began. Many people were watching in awe at All Might's strength. After everyone overcame their awe over All Might's strength, medics rushed to the two boys. The paramedics checked the boys over before deeming them okay. Thr heroes crowded around Izuku and Bakugou. A few were praising Bakugou for his strong quirk and for having held out for so long. The others were praising Izuku for saving Bakugou.
