~||Chapter 4||~

"Give that back, Bakugou!"

Bakugou smirked at him.

"Oh sure, here you go Deku."

Bakugou held out the book in front of Izuku. Izuku reached out only for Bakugou to take it back and explode it using his quirk before throwing it out the window.

"Oops. My hand slipped."

Izuku was seething with anger. Bakugou leaned down and snarled in Izuku's ear.

"If you really want to be a hero then take a goddamned swan dive off the roof and wish for a quirk in your next life! Maybe a God will take pity on you and give you a quirk, Deku."

With that Bakugou walked out of the class, his two lackeys trailing behind him. Izuku ran to the window and looked out, searching for his notebook.

"God dammit, Bakugou...!"

He spotted it on a tree near the window. It was stuck between a fork formed between two branches. Izuku sighed before slinging his back on his bag on his left arm. He breathed out before jumping out of the window and landing on the branch nearest to the window. He stealthily climbed up a few branches before reaching out for his notebook. He reached it after a few tries.

"I hope it's not ruined too much..."

He flipped through the notebook before letting out a sigh of relief.

"Phew.... I can just copy it to another notebook...."

Izuku put the notebook in his bag before jumping down the tree. He looked at watch. 

"Shit! It's 4:16! If I don't hurry I won't be able to meet Toga-nii and Dabi-nii!" 

He practically flew from his school. He was running when he spotted an underbridge.

 "Dabi-nii said this underbridge was common ground for low-level villains...But It's also a quick shortcut...." 

He bit his lip debating mentally whether he should go or not. 

"Y'know what? I'm only gonna live once. It's better to take risks now while I'm young! YOLO!"

 Saying that Izuku ran towards the underbridge. 

"This place actually seems normal. Is this really a common place for villains?"

 As he was muttering to himself, he couldn't hear the sound of the sewer grate opening. He only realized someone was there when he heard a chuckle. 

"My, My a medium sized cloak! I'll have fun wrecking havoc in your body, kid!"

 With that the slime started to surround Izuku. Izuku thrashed around, trying to free himself. The slime villain growled. 

"Stay still! Just a few seconds and it'll be over." 

The sludge started entering Izuku's mouth. Izuku was starting to feel suffocated.

 'Is this how I die....?'

 Izuku stopped thrashing around, accepting his death, when........
