"Oh dear diary,
If only you knew how much those little moments with you mattered to me"

As she watched him from across the classroom, her heart sank with each passing moment of him ignoring her. Why? she didn't even knew but one thing she was sure is it all happened after that encounter with his best friend. She know him and her knew each other for few days but he talked to her with so much of interest and that literally made a hope to grow inside her but the bud was cut off at the begininng itself.

The moment it started hurting, she knew it wasn't a mere crush anymore.

She really started having feelings for him, not the one where people say ' I love him so much' and stuff but that small little feeling started arising in her. And that shit really scared her as she never saw this person coming to her peaceful life.

Few days passed by and it was the same always, she see him sometime, at times they smile at each other, his smile being genuine or a fake one but sometimes he act like he doesn't even know her. He was so different just like a puzzle, she couldn't just fix the missing ones.

And it was on the day of a small party organised by the seniors before they graduate. The whole party was so good, most of the seniors were such a sweethearts that they did all of this . The party started at 5 in the evening, most of the students of Zeya's class and her junior class were also there.

Things between Zeya and Ayaz was still in the same awkward phase because it seems like he smiles because you know just for being formal, just so that he doesn't seem rude. Zeya's mind plotted every single story she could because of his behaviour. She didn't knew if it was only her who was feeling this complicated thoughts and kiling her already brain cells or he also feels the same.

The party ended just fine, just added this day to her favourite days list because something huge happened, at least for Zeya it is.  Basically these two lunatics were going back to their apartment after the party, once they got out of the bus they saw one of their senior standing there waiting for his friend. And that's it, three talkative human being together, what's supposed to happen? Talk, talk, talk. They didn't even realize how much of the time passed by.

Now there was three of the seniors and them, they all realised talking has awakened their hunger and since it was around freaking 11 in the night they all went to a nearby cafe and sat outside. The weather was just like it had to be like that for this particular night, cold breeze and silent street with food on the table.

" You two could totally pass for twins, you know. Your eyes and eyebrows are exact same" Rehan grinned, taking a sipping of his juice.

" Yeah, people always mix us up. It's like we were seperated at birth or something." Zeya said shrugged, leaning back in her chair.

"Maybe we should start pretending we're twins and see how far we can go" Azra laughed, nudging Zeya playfully.

" No you both will give my Ayaz a hard time" Basim said with a hint of tease in his words, as he intentionally bought up his topic which had nothing to do with their conversation.

" Oh comeon Basim, don't bring Ayaz into this" She said while slowly smacking his head.

" Woah, there's no need to bring him, he already came" Basim laughed.

Zeya's heart sank as Ayaz and his friend pulled up on their scooter, bringing an unexpected twist to the evening. She felt a pang of anxiety at the thought of facing him after their recent awkward interactions.

"Oh, great timing, Basim," she muttered, shooting him a playful glare as she tried to hide her discomfort.

She really didn't want to see him now.
