Percy Refuses Godhood, Again

Percy's POV:
To begin, the Gods start calling up campers in groups to reward them for their help during the war. First, Zeus calls up the people who fought in either the second Titan War or the people who fought in the second Giant War, and they receive partial immortality. The people who fought in both wars were given partial immortality and a gift from his/her parent. Clarisse got a whole collection of different types of spears, Katie got some exotic plants, the Stolls got the ability to conjure up pranking supplies with a snap of their fingers, etc.

Finally, Poseidon called, "Perseus Jackson! We would like to offer to make you an Olympian God. However, if you don't accept we will have to give you partial immortality. Do you accept?"

"I am honored by your offer, but I must decline. However, I would like 3 wishes." I replied carefully.

Zeus nodded his head in acceptance, so I asked that a portal be made between the two camps, so that the camps could help each other and get from place to place easier. For my second wish, I asked that a cabin be added to camp for every God, so that their kids would have a place to stay, no matter who their parent is.

"And, for my third wish, I want Hestia and Hades to have their thrones back," I said. Hestia ran up and engulfed me in a hug and said that I always have a place at the hearth, and Hades gave me a smile(!) and told me that I am always welcome in the underworld.

"Oh, and Percy, all the Gods would like to bless you for saving us two times and what you have done for our children." Zeus said.

I thought it over, and decided that, "I will accept, if you follow through on the promise you made after the second Titan War, to free Calypso."

The Gods nodded their heads in acceptance and Zeus snapped his fingers, causing Calypso to appear before them, next to Katie. All the Gods stood up, and shot me with a beam of light.

(*Since I don't want to name all the powers I am just going to list them off.)

Zeus-Wings, he is allowed to fly in his domain, and he can control lightning
Athena-He has lots of knowledge and can come up with battle plans quickly
Hades-Shadow travel and controlling the dead
Poseidon-His powers were simply enhanced, more control, can shape shift (like Frank)
Demeter-Can grow plants easily, can know what type of plant is which just by looking at it
Ares-Can use any weapon on the spot with no training (basically a master of all weapons)
Hestia-Flame travel, make home cooked meals, fire abilities
Aphrodite-He is better looking, can charm speak, and can make a fresh set of clothes appear by snapping his fingers
Hephaestus-Can make simple crafts/materials appear ( wood, metal, etc.) and is good at building things (like Leo)
Hera-can tell the gender of a child before it is born and can bless or curse a marriage
Apollo-Has a basic knowledge of healing, can heal certain injuries on the spot, and can use any instrument
Artemis-Good with a bow and arrows, hunting knives/daggers, and has improved stealth and speed
Dionysus-Can cure and cause madness, and can't get drunk
Hermes-Speed/stealth, good at thievery, and natural talent for pranking

Third Person POV:
By the time he had been blessed by all the Gods he was 6'4, had gray, orange, pink, sky blue, yellow, forest green, purple, dark blue, and red flecks in his eyes, swirling around along with a ring of black and silver on the edges of his eyes. He was tanner, his hair was messier, more windswept, and his features were more chiseled. He now had an eight pack instead of a six pack, and a more defined jawline and cheekbones. His wings were pitch black with sea green feathers, and all the other colors that are in his eyes, mixed in.

Deciding to let the campers get some rest, the Gods flash everyone back to their respective camps/campsites.

Time skip~Two weeks later
Percy's POV:
I was walking along the beach when I heard a scream. I quickly got out my sword and ran towards Half-Blood Hill. When I got there I saw a girl about my age, being chased by an empousa, and limping. Before Kelli could do anymore harm, I ran forward, ducked beneath her blade, and cut off her head, making her dissolve into golden dust.

I turned to the girl and helped her up. She gave me a big smile and said, " Thanks for saving me. My name is Jane Willow. What's your name?"

"Well, it's nice to meet you Jane, and my name is Percy Jackson. Here, let me help you to the infirmary." I said quickly.

I called Will over and let him tend to the knife wound in her calf, before walking off to my cabin. The next day, she is claimed by Demeter during breakfast at the dining pavilion.

Time skip~One week later
Percy's POV:
After Jane arrived, all my friends started to turn on me, blaming me for things I didn't do. For example, Katie blames me for destroying all her plants, the Stolls blamed me for ruining their pranking supplies and telling Chiron the prank they had been planning for over a month, etc. The Gods however, either believe that I am to powerful for my own good, insulted/ruined something of theirs, or was siding with the giants and Gaea in the war. Now, the only people still on my side are Hestia, Hades, Poseidon, Chiron, Clarisse, and Grover, who isn't at camp right now.

During the campfire however, Poseidon flashed in and renounced me as his son, saying I killed my mom and Paul.

Knowing I can't take this anymore, with everyone betraying me, treating me like scum, and the deaths of the seven, Nico, and Thalia still weighing me down, I decide to leave camp. Packing everything I will need in a bag; ambrosia, nectar, basic survival items, pictures of my friends and family, and the scrapbook containing some of my happiest memories of everyone. Before I leave, I write a note for the people who didn't betray me:

To Chiron,
Thank you for teaching me all these years and being my mentor, through both wars, all the battles and quests, and through the good and bad times. Even though there have been many situations where I am pretty sure I was dead, you always held out hope for the camp, and remained strong in the face of danger, which I guess is a good thing? Not really sure though because we faced a LOT of danger.

Even though we had a rough start, we ended up being pretty good friends, huh? So, I just want to say thank you for sticking by my side these past couple of years, and helping me lead the campers to war both times.

I am sorry I am leaving you and Juniper behind, along with your baby, but I just can't stay here any longer, it's too painful. Please forgive me, and I'm so thankful that I had you as my best friend all these years.

Grabbing my bag, and making sure Riptide is in my pocket, I head up the hill and stop for a moment by Thalia's Pine tree. I turn and look back, one last time, and say goodbye to what has been my home for these past couple of years. As I am leaving camp I see Hestia and Hades walking my way, so I quickly walk over to them. Hades gives me a tight smile and Hestia engulfs me in a hug.

" So Percy," Hestia starts out nervously, " I was wondering if you would let me adopt you as my son? And, the both of us would like to make you our champions, which will increase your power and control, and allow you to do the same things we do, that is, if you want it? Seeing as you technically don't have people to look after you anymore..."

I shoot her a huge grin, and say, " I would love to be your son..., mom. It also, would be my honor to accept your offer as becoming your champions."

They both shoot me with a ray of light, one black and one orange, and I feel a surge of power. "Um, mom, where should I stay since I am no longer welcome at camp?" I ask awkwardly.

Hestia seems to think it over for a moment before deciding, "You can stay with me in my temple. You will also be able to use Athena's personal library so that you don't grow bored, and you can look for somewhere else to stay if you wish to get further away from everyone, or simply want an adventure. Also, you could go and hang out in the underworld if you wished."

I sigh in relief and nod my head, agreeing with the plan.
