Read Between The Lines

Part 1

Broken.

That's how I felt, completly and utterly broken, as if it wasn't bad enough already.

My rock, the one thing that made me happy the past few months was gone, I'd lost him.

"Brit, I can't do this, your...your not right and I don't think that I can cope anymore"

The fatal words flashed through my mind as I broke down again, he left he just left because he could. Did he really think that if I could I wouldn't leave this terrible life ? Of couse I would.

Anyone would.

I'm not stupid I knew it would be hard for him when we first started dating, all the hate I was getting, people bulling me physically and mentally. It would be hard for anyone to cope with, and I suppose I should be gratefull that he at least gave me 4 happy months.

But how could he just leave? Just like that dosen't he know that now its going to be 100 times worse.

With him I could cope. He hugged me when no one else would come near me. He made me smile for the first time since I could remember. I loved him, but now he's made me more broken then I ever was before.

Matt's POV

I'm heartless.

Brit. One of the strongest, bravest people I've ever met I feel so guilty, but I can't cope at all anymore.

She had been bullied for 5 years. Constant, day and night. She made me scared for her health, each day she shrugged it off like it was nothing but it tore me apart.Its not like she was that different, she was average height and average weight she was pretty and had long curly brown hair so I honestly don't know why people picked on her, why they thought that she was different or weak.

 Some people might call me a coward, for leaving her at a time like this but both at home and at school she got bullied and she took it out on herself.

She cuts. Deep. I thought that I could help her but I truly can't, I don't think that anyone can help her anymore. So I left her, to weep on the floor, it took me all I had to walk away from her like that but she's better off without me. 

Brits POV

A noise suddenly disturbed me from my bleary eyed state. 

"eww! look at the skank"

Hey guys this is my first story and my first sort of intro part, its gunna be a fanpic about One Direction and slightly All time low. I know it dosent seem like a likely mix but im trying to be out there and different.  

I really hope that you like it, just introduced to the main character and her story to start, early warning this is gunna be a sad story. Im going to aim to upload by the end of this week and after that the uploads should be every couple of days :)
