A girl stood at the door looking outside. But as few minutes passed, she looked disappointed. But still continued to stare at the wooden gate. She heard the clock ticking making aware of the time
Sighing she turned around and walked inside

A good ten minutes away from the house, a bus came to station and a man who was tall and built stepped out of the bus. Once out of the bus he started walking hurriedly. The man looked like he's in his mid fifties. His white mixed black hair gave away a hint of his age. There was grey stubbles over his face . The fast steps he took made him sweat a bit
The person was mumbling something like,
"Few more steps. . .just few more. . ."
He carried his tired self to the direction. Taking two turns, finally he reached infront of a beautiful small house with a wooden fence and gate. The brightly shining evening sun didn't help him. Narrowing his eyes at the heat and bright light radiating from the sun, he sheilded his head with a file in his hand. He stood outside fumbling to open the gate with one hand. His forehead had stress lines and there was bag under his eyes. Eventhough he was tired, there was this beautiful smile stretched on his lips as he opened the gate. He got inside and closed the wooden gate
Masking his tiredness he stepped into the sitting area which is outside of the house, His house. He looked the small wooden decorated board hanging on the with a name "Reynolds Rays" wall outside. Smiling, he entered the house and made his way to dining room passing the living room. Once he took a seat on the chair, he took a jug and poured himself a glass of water. Gulping down the content of the glass sitting on the chair, he looked around before calling loudly
"Ratri...."
But soon a loud noise of something falling down reached his ears. He jumped from seat and walked toward the direction, where the noise came from.
"Ratri......" he once again called the name in fright. He didn't got any answer except some coughing sound. Soon he reached a small yet beautiful kitchen. He stood shocked at the sight Infront of him. He couldn't say anything. He closed his mouth with a hand looking at the figure Infront of him
"Papa..." The girl whined turning around and stomped her feet on the floor like a kid. Of course she was a kid to Johan Reynolds.
Johan couldn't hold it anymore. He burst out laughing. Because there stood his princess showered in all purpose flour. But now she looked like a joker
"Papa you're laughing at me" she said again stomping her foot on the floor like a stubborn kid
