Chapter 5

Niall's POV 

I was awoken by the sound of a piano playing. I open my eyes as I see it was still dark and I relized that I wasn't home I stayed for the night at Mijo's place I sat up on the bed as I didn't see him from my side I glance at the clock beside his bed that it was just b4 in the morning. 

I got up from the bed as I followed where the music was playing I ended up in the music room again as I entered I walked towards the piano and sat on the couch next to it. I saw him playing eyes closed and his earphones were put on his ears again. 

"Call all the ladies out

They're in their finery

A hundred jewels on throats

A hundred jewels between teeth

Now bring my boys in

Their skin in craters like the moon

While he glows through the room" he sangs 

He really likes Lorde doesn't he? But I don get it why? I like some of her songs like Royal. But I guess he's just a fan. 

"Dancing around the lies we tell

Dancing around big eyes as well, ah

Even the comatose

They don't dance and tell" he sang 

I just realized that some of her songs were sang in metaphorical ways. 

"We live in cities you'll never see on screen

Not very pretty, but we sure know how to run things

Living in ruins of the palace within my dreams

And you know we're on each other's team" he sang 

"I'm kind of over getting told to throw my hands up in the air

So there" he sangs 

As he raises his other hand up. I raised an eyebrow what is he doing? 

"So all the cups got broke

Shards beneath our feet

But it wasn't my fault

And everyone's competing

For a love they won't receive

'Cause what this palace wants is release" he sang 

It's true some people are competing for a love they won't receive for those hopeless on love.

"We live in cities you'll never see on screen

Not very pretty, but we sure know how to run things

Living in ruins of the palace within my dreams

It's true what's on the lyrics like the cities that were never see on screen how the world lives in poverty.

"I'm kind of over getting told to throw my hands up in the air

I'm kind of older than I was when I rebeled without a care

So there" he sang 

I don't think he rebels because he seems a nice lad.

I was struck again by his voice. Calming that it soothes the mood in this morning. 

"We're on each other's team

And you know and you know and you know" he sang the last parts 

He smiles again a genuine smile that shows in what he did he's contented already. He pulls his earphones out again as I started to talk. 

"That was great" I said 

He looke at me eyes widened and  his mouth closes and opens like a fish. 

"It's fine you shouldn't be ashamed you have a nice voice" I said 

He blushes he puts both of his hands on his face trying to hide the blush he has. I chuckled to think that in those simple ways I can give those to him. 

I walked towards him as I took a seat next to him.

"So you like listening to Lorde?" I asked 

"Yeah. Sorry did I woke you up?" he said 

"Yeah but don't worry I won't get mad as long as your voice is the one that wokes me up" I said 

"Really?" he said looking down at his lap 

"Yeah so tell me why do you like her songs?" I asked 

"Well all of her songs shows the meaning of how the world is all in all vain for each other. How they pity for the world that nobody every cares and everyone always thinks of themselve that the world is in vain" he said 

I expected it from him to say those kind of words. 

"Really?" I asked 

"Yeah" he said 

A comfortable silence filled again in the room as I cleared my throat. 

"So do you awlays wake up this early in the morning?" I asked 

"Well yeah most of the times especially on weekends like this" he said 

"What do you do after this?" I asked 

"Nothing really interesting" he said 

"Tell me please" I plead as I give my best puppy eyes 

"Well I always paint in the morning on weekends and in the afternoon I go back here and play something and sometimes I walked through the garden at the back" he said 

"Oh you don't go outside like go to a party or club?" I said 

"Not really I don't really like socializing" he said 

"Well you have to" I said 

"No really you shouldn't" he said 

"No I insist plus I don't want my date to be shy when he's around with mke and my mates" I said 

"Date?" he asked raising an eyebrow 

"Yeah Date that's what we call to what we are doing" I said 

"Well we haven't dated yet you know" he said 

"Well I got an idea" I said smirking 

And this is going to be the best date ever!
