Harry PoV

we all flew out to Switzerland as a group for a ski/snowboarding trip. it was the first time that Lucy had ever been so i really want to teach her so that we can both enjoy it every year. although i have a lot of convincing to do because she really doesn't want to do it. she loves roller coasters, scary films and literally anything you can think of but she seems really scared and uptight about all of this.

''come on, just try it for a bit and if you really don't like it then you can stop. please?'' i ask her after we argued for around 30 minutes

''right. fine, but as soon as i fall and hurt myself it's over'' she replies before downing the rest of her drink, making the whole group around us laugh.

''great, let's go'' i say before we all walk outside

Lucy PoV

i had never been snowboarding before and i was not very keen on trying it. i came on the holiday with the intention of putting the outfit on and then just sitting at the bar with drinks all day but somehow Harry convinced me to try it. now we are standing on the top of a slope with the boards on our shoes ans Harry was showing me what to do, i was really nervous but also kind of excited to try something different.

''okay, let's actually go down now'' Harry tells me after we stood around or moved slightly for almost an hour

''yes. okay. but don't let go of my hands''

''i won't''

''promise?''

''i promise he replies and i nod my head before we both push off to start moving down the hill

after a few seconds Harry lets go of my hands and i fall down into the snow. he stops and looks at me before coming back to help me up

''you let go'' i moan at him after i get up

''i'm sorry, i didn't think you would actually fall down'' Harry replies as he laughs a little bit

''i did. that's why i told you not to let go'' i snap back at him

''okay. lets try again, and i won't let go'' he says as he grabs onto my hands

''i'll try again but for some reason i don't really trust you''

''let's just go'' he adds and we both push off and make it almost the whole way down before i let go of him and i made it down quite a bit before falling down. Harry looks back just after i went down and sighs before making his way back up to me

''you let go that time, that was not my fault'' he jokes as i get back up

''i know, i thought i had it''

''you almost did, we made it a lot further this time''

''maybe, this isn't for me. maybe drinking up in the bar and waiting for you to be done for the day is my thing''

''don't be silly. a few more shots and you'll get it''

''tequila, sambuca or gin?'' i joke with him and he laughs at me before his puts his hands up on my face and softly kisses my lips
