[ Day 2 ]
Jaemin made sure we spent our time wisely today and I decided to let him meet Eunwoo since I felt like it was finally the right time.
"Eunwoo?" Jaemin asked.
"Yeah. He's my best friend and I thought it'd be really a good time for you to finally meet him." I said as I continued writing my notes.
"He??? He's a guy." He said and he seemed jealous.
"What's wrong? We're just friends tho. Like really best of friends." I protested.
He sighed.
"Fine. Does he know about me?" He asked.
"Not yet. But I really want you guys to get along." I said as I held his arm and he nodded.
"I'll try." He said and I pouted.
"He'll be here any minute soon." I said as I looked over the entrance of the library.
And I was right.
Eunwoo was wearing a grey button down shirt and black pants which made him twice as handsome than he already is.
I raised my hand to get his attention and he smiled at my direction.
I gave him a hug and he sat across my seat, greeting Jaemin with a dead stare.
I cleared my throat and tried to introduced them to each other.
"Have we—met before? You look quite familiar." Jaemin suddenly said and I raised a brow.
"I don't think so. This is the first time I met you." Eunwoo simply shook his head.
"I think I've seen you somewhere before..." Jaemin muttered while piercing a stare at Eunwoo.
Its as if he was trying to remember where he saw him before.
"That's impossible. They just got back here in Korea the other day." I said.
"Anyway. Eunwoo, this is Jaemin. He's the guy that I'm dating." I casually said which surprised Eunwoo.
Eunwoo's brows raised at me and I shrugged.
"Since when did you started dating people, dummy?" He teased with his poker face still on.
"Now? I'm dating him for real." I said which made Jaemin lips form into a smile.
"That's not a good joke, Y/n." Eunwoo warned.
"I was kinda hesitant to tell you but I also didn't want to lie to you, so here we are... I hope you could help me with my parents, too. Like keep it as a secret for awhile." I said.
His eyebrows furrowed.
"What?" He asked.
"They trust you so much, Eunwoo. I was just thinking if you could help me meet Jaemin without getting in trouble."
"That's not easy. Have you thought of the consequences of this reckless dating?" He straightforwardly said.
I saw Jaemin clench his jaw so I held his hand underneath the table to calm him down.
"I know. But I heard you guys will leave at the end of the week anyway. I'll be telling them about us as soon as I'm ready. I just need a little more time." I said.
"I'm not sure about that. I don't want to lie to your parents, Y/n. You know I owe them a lot." He said and I frowned.
"Ugh Fine. Whatever." He added when he saw me sulking.
