Yokai

"Smart as ever!~" the shrilled voice echoes and Kakashi looked towards the voice to see the one legged yokai. Blood spilled from her large jaws, showing her large sharp teeth. Her dark hair was a rats nest and her dark eyes were crazed. Kakashis breath hitched before remembering Niko. He snapped his head to see that the once proud female stood was laying beside him with blood seeping out of her side.

"But not smart enough to stay out of my way!" The voice shriller as she hops towards Kakashi. He quickly took action and lunges day her with his blade. He struck her causing her to stumble and fall. She was an easy target because of her large size and even with one leg, she was almost as fast as him. The Yukinba stagger up with a large gash under her eye.

"You shall perish!" As she stomps cautiously towards the male. He didn't realize that Niko was soon under her foot and yelps loudly.

"Niko!!" He called out making the Yukinba look down at her daughter. She frowned as she watched her daughter shake and cry as she kept her under her one foot. After watching the girl cry, he smile quickly became creepy.

"You ugly, worthless piece of trash! Get out of my sight! DIE!" The Yukinba cries out as she forced her weight onto Niko. Niko cried loudly as she felt her wounds stretch open and her bones start to crack under the pressure. The weight was lifted as Kakashi put all of his weight into the monster and sliced off one of its arms. The Yukinba cried out in pain and started to run off. Kakashi didn't focus on the Yukinba but ran towards Niko. Niko was gasping and cried in pain. In many years, Kakashi felt fear. He knew next to nothing when it came to healing.

"N-Niko!" He called out as he carefully touched her but only made her cry more. He pulled away.

"S-Stay here!" He didn't have a choice. She maybe a goddess but they can still die. Kakashi made a run for the village, taking the more dangerous routes to get to the village faster.

After a short while, Kakashi made it to the village and skid to a stop. He moves to the nearest person and asked the same question. 'Can you heal?' This village is not under the protection of any sort of ninja and almost no one knew how to heal. He came across a man with bear skin.

"Sir!" Kakashi called out and grabbed his shoulder. The male turned his head to Kakashi with a raise brow.

"Yes?"

"Can you heal?" He asked quickly. The bear skin man nodded slowly.

"Ye-" Kakashi didn't finish his sentence as he lifts the man over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and quickly leaves the village.

The travel back to the temple get like hours and it didn't help the villager who was scared and confused of being taken from his home. After almost forty minutes of yelling at Kakashi, he shuts up once he eyes the temple. Kakashi skids to a stop and saw that Niko was no longer in the same spot. He swivels around to see that she dragged her body towards the shade, a blood trailed behind her.

"Yuki Onna!" The young man jumps off of the Kakashi and sprints to her body.

"K-Kishi.." she whimpered and let's out a cry as the young male examined her. Kakashi can only watch. His eyes shook as watched the girl cry as the male started treating her.
