Being the only child to bear the legacy of his passed parents Aaron Burr did his best to carry its weight all through his life.

Having the experience of losing not one, but both of his parents made him wiser. He grew to witness the world's cruelty, how—

—it owed him nothing despite losing everything.

So it came to no surprise that at one point he thought of taking his own life, but no. Burr knows that he's more than a lifeless corpse, he knows that there's a purpose as to why he still stood alive and healthy even without his parents. And so he went and found his purpose in fighting for the future. In all honesty he actually thought that, that's the extent of his existence. So when he met a woman named Theodosia,

his breath was taken.

Heart filled with unusual warmth, around the woman he felt it beat to the rhythm of something akin to an orchestra playing his favorite melody— what melody, he is not quite sure but he knew that it was his favorite then and there. For once in his life he broke his motto.

Talk less.

Instead he talked with great interest and vigor doing his best to woo and catch the attention of the said woman. So when he found out that she's actually married to a British officer, his desire only grew. His want to have her to himself being that much greater, his thirst never really quenched. Unless he already has her to himself. And have her he did. Before anyone knew it, he had the woman of his dreams married to him along with his beautiful daughter named after herself. And he finds himself following the other half of his motto.

Smile more.
