She was picture perfect,

She had that perfect tan,

That gorgeous blonde hair,

That perfect blue eyed stare,


All the boys wanted her,

And the girls wanted to be her,

Everyone was obsessed,

Yet no one could see the true her,


She had those perfect red lips,

Thin thighs, skinny hips,

She had luscious long hair,

She was the perfect girl there,


She herself was obsessed,

With hiding her true self,

As she had to be perfect,

For everybody else,


So she stopped eating,

For weeks at a time,

Her weight must go down,

She didn't care how,
