Telephone poll?

You could say that both Miu and Yoichi didn't get much sleep that night.  I mean who could blame them? We were dealing with an adorkable cinnamon roll and a slight confuzzeled puppy here.

After what seemed ages they both fell asleep, however not long enough to their satisfaction.

Today was the day that they officially got to join JIDA. Miu quickly did her morning routine, got dressed, brushed her long brown locks, looked in the mirror to check if she looked decent, ate some cereal and left her room.

She looked at the small wristwatch that was usually kept in her pocket and realised she had left a bit earlier than usual. She raised her eyebrows at this slightly, before continuing on to the area they were all supposed to meet at.

Upon arrival, she noticed a figure was already there. They turned around and Miu couldn't but help stare at them.

There stood Yoichi, wearing the standard school uniform. Despite this being a common sight to see, she couldn't help but stare at the cute display in front of her. That is before he turned towards her and smiled.

"Oh my Lord" she inwardly screamed before letting a smile grace her face.
"He just smiled at me - Oh my God I don't think my heart can take this why is he so cute I can't" she monologued inside before slowly approaching his side.

"Hi Miu, how are you?" Yoichi asked gently whilst fiddling with his fingers in a nervous manner.

She began squealing once more internally, screaming out about how he's so precious and how she found it so cute that he was concerned about her.

After that 1 minute of fangirling, she regained her composure and replied that she was fine and asked how he was, beaming at him.

Honestly Yoichi felt like his heart was in overdrive. At that moment when Miu smiled at her, he felt as if she was angel sent from the heavens itself. Like how on earth was she this mesmerising?

They conversed in idle chat, as they were aware that the others were going to arrive soon and didn't want to get into deep conversation which would be interrupted.

Shinoa soon arrived commenting on how cute both of us looked together and saying we were her OTP. Miu and Yoichi both looked away from each other, Miu trying to cover her face from the embarrassment.

On the other hand Yoichi did look away, but he was blushing with a shy smile on his face secretly hoping that Shinoa's words eventually came true.

Yuu eventually came quite late with a bruise on his face. He seems pretty angry, Miu observed.

Shinoa asked what happened to his face in which he responded with a response which Miu couldn't help but laugh at.

"I bumped into a telephone poll."

There was brief moment where no one said anything before a whole different amount of reactions were made.

First of all, Miu burst out laughing while holding her stomach, claiming that it was the most funniest thing in the world.

Secondly, Shinoa just smirked whilst arching her eyebrows questing whether Yuu actually did or if something else happened.

Lastly, Yoichi, the cinnamon roll of the group, asked if Yuu was okay and seemed like the only one genuinely concerned about Yuu - which he was.

Yuu only huffed in response and ended up walking ahead of us all, clearly not happy with how everyone reacted.

"Hmph like seriously you would think Miu would care about me more since I'm practically her brother, but no she finds the bruise on my face hilarious.

Shinoa seems like she actually knows what happens and sounds like she's mocking me, but that's nothing new.

I can't believe Yoichi's the only one who seems to care that I'm hurt - but that doesn't I'm gonna be BFFs with him, I mean I've seen the looks he gives to Miu, I ain't an idiot."

Miu was still wheezing about the incident as they began walking to the classroom, clearly not noticing the stare Yoichi was giving her.

Well that as well as the soft smile on his face too...
