It has been a week and Zayn was keeping his distance from Harry. He didn't want to ruin the family just like what happened before. He didn't want to deal with his childish and bratty behavior, Zayn swears if Harry didn't stop, they would end up putting scratches on each other's faces.

The family decided to go to the beach for a vacation. They knew they needed a break. His brothers and father invited some close relatives of them, close cousins, sisters, and brothers.

This just frustrates Zayn. The looks they are giving him isn't helping him to come up with them. Zayn knew he had been the bad boy when he was younger, extremely bad. But he did manage to grow up to be a better man now. Far from what he once was.

As he walked out of the cottage with his shirt in his hand, he noticed how the laughs and smiles of his relatives faded, it changed to disgust. He mentally rolled his eyes. He can't blame them, the last time they saw him, he was only 18 and probably did something very terrible.

He walked pass of the table full of stubborn people who only recognize him as the freaky bad boy of the past. He greeted his dad who was seated on the far end, bent down, and kissed his forehead. Louis called him to sit beside him and they did their brofist. Harry was staring at him, his right arm resting on the back of his seat, holding a drink. Zayn felt sick when Harry grinned at him widely. It was the sickest thing he had ever seen today.

"So, Zayn, how are you these past years? Never seen you in a while." Asked Nico, one of his cousins. He remembered that day when he punched him in the face when they were in 10th grade and he ended up in the hospital. He mentally smirked at that memory.

"I'm okay, fine. I guess." He simply answered, he took a spoonful of lasagna and glanced at Nico again.

"Got a job?" Nico asked again. Zayn wondered why is this lad so interested in his life. He started to think that he was making fun of him in front of these people. He was weary.

"Yeah. I am an English teacher in Bradford." He informed, suddenly hearing a couple of chuckles from them. He frowned. Is being an English teacher funny? He didn't know.

"An English teacher, really? Not a bad joke at all." Says Warren, another cousin that he broke teeth when they were twelve. He got so much blood in his mouth and ended up fainting. Zayn glared at him.

"We just hope you're not taking advantage of your students, Zayn. Don't use them for your needs. That's rubbish." Nico had chimed in again, still laughing but Zayn couldn't point out what's funny about that. He clenches his fists, feeling his muscles tense.

"Shut the fuck up!" Louis' voice had risen up. Stopping the people we're making fin of Zayn. Liam's hand reached Zayn's shoulder to comfort him and seeing how worried Niall is, make him feel pathetic.

Zayn exhaled and breathed heavily. The look on his Dad's eyes didn't help him. After that incident, people's impressions on him gotten worse. They called him names, cursed him, and didn't stop bothering about the things he hasn't done.

In his mind, he was blaming Harry again. All of this was Harry's fault. Harry had been acting like an innocent child and been playing around, taking advantage of everything because he's everyone's favorite. He got up from his seat and stormed out of the place, reaching for the beach. He didn't want to stay with all sick people who know nothing about what truly happened.

He didn't know what to do anymore. He lived his life away from them for six years, he stayed quiet and never talked back. He lived his life alone. He studied, became a better man. He couldn't accept it, he was doing good but all he can take was all of this.
